inexperienced staff, outrageous prices and poor phone support
Had a sewer smell coming from bathroom, called GP. Sent out two young guys who tell me that I'm going to have to rip open my wall, dig up the vent pipe in the concrete and replace it. They used a camera to check the pipe (no obstructions). They then leave telling me there is nothing they can do.
I looked up the problem online and in ten minutes I figured out that the gasket around the toilet was loose. Fixed the problem myself.
Cost me 500 dollars for them to come waste my time. Also couldn't download the video of the line inspection they promised me. Called twice to get a copy and no one called back or helped me.
Will never use these guys again, their plumbers are too young and inexperienced and they bill what a professional would charge regardless of their skill level. Call someone else.
