    Plumbing

    Blair was helpful, polite and friendly. He was very neat in his work and cleaned up well. He recommended several repairs along with a timeline to consider them. I would welcome him back into our home

    Leaking Shower Drain

    Verne was fantastic, explained what went wrong and what he was going to do to fix. All work was done in a clean and timely manner. He will be my go to plumber from now on!

    Slow Drain Fixed Fast

    The Gentlemen Plumbers diagnosed and fixed our sluggish drains plus did an inspection of all the heating and plumbing systems in the house. They were efficient and friendly - Thanks!

    Toilet replacement

    Mike was the Best He went above and beyond what was expected. We are thrilled with his knowledge and expertise. Will definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Awesome experience Very professional Total gentleman

    Repiping main water shut off and outlets of hot H2O tank waterlines; new toilet installed

    As usual with The Gentlemen Plumbers, there are not enough adjectives to describe both their outstanding professional service and courtesy. Before our rather lengthy and extensive upgrade, Andrew and Michael carefully explained, among other things,the work to be done, the cost of the job, the guarantees on parts and labour, and our discount as Diamond Club members. After the work was done, we also heard and discussed the results of our complimentary home inspection. We appreciate the fact that the Gentlemen Plumbers communicate with their colleagues on a case. Dan, who had done terrific work on our first plumbing problem, had written up and estimated this current job. Although Dan wasn't available for our job, he shared his report of our case with Andrew, so there would be continuity of service. So we didn't have to try explaining the complicated upgrade when the Gentlemen Plumbers came to our home. Now for those adjectives describing our Gentlemen Plumbers: friendly, courteous, customer-oriented, patient, knowledgeable, great communicators, thorough, efficient, neat, precise--in a word excellent!

    Multiple house related repairs including maintenance

    Wayne repaired 2 valves in bathroom, augured water line to sewer and cleaned furnaces. great job. Explained all activities clearly. Indicated where new repairs may be required. Excellent response time as well.

    Fixed slow leak from my toilet in under 2 hours

    Very pleased with the service and satisfied that the job is done properly now. Peace of mind that it won’t leak again or it’s a free fix for the next year is good too

    Replace leaking toilet and burned-out garburator

    Blair was friendly, professional and efficient. He explained all my options clearly. He crossed town to get a toilet in the colour that I wanted. He did the work well and left the place clean. I couldn’t have asked for more.

    Reinstall kitchen faucet

    Reconnected existing kitchen faucet following installation of quartz countertop in kitchen. Felt price was high but job was very professionally and proficiently completed. Left place neat and clean and everything working satisfactorily.

    Kitchen sink pipes clogged

    Our kitchen sink was clogged for 3 1/2 days , I had a previous plumber was not equipped to fix. We called Gentlemen’s and had service within a day! Walter was very professional with mats and shoe garments, advised two options proceeded to power auger and filled sink with cold water and wow they drained so quickly, also did a home plumbing to find a diverter spout leaking which I was not aware of. Would recommend to anyone, thank you Walter
