    Washroom

    The service was very prompt. Charlie came to our home. He explained things beforehand in a very professional manner. There were no surprises. He was polite, thorough and competent. We would recommend this company.

    Annual Inspection Service

    I have a Diamond Club membership which gets me a free annual inspection. This time Ryan swapped out old brittle plastic water lines for new braided steel ones. He was quick, polite, thorough, had good insight to my plumbing situation, and answered any questions I had.

    Tankless Hot Water system repair

    I have a Navien hot water system. Parts are sometimes very difficult to find. Dan and Trevor went above and beyond to get us the parts in town (same day) and eventually went directly to the Navien rep himself so we'd not be without hot water for more than 1 week. Priceless. Being a business owner myself I can certainly appreciate the professionalism of both technicians on wanting to do the job right and not inconvenience the customer although lack of parts was in no way their problem - they just solved the problem.

    New toilet installation

    Had new toilet installed after hairline crack discovered. Wayne and Clifton were extremely competent and professional. Totally satisfied with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

    Leaky toilet

    Quick, friendly service that didn't break the bank! Jake, our tech was friendly and very knowledgeable and got here quicker then we expected which was great. And Ashley who booked our appointment was super helpful and got us an appointment quickly and in a time frame we could manage.

    The gentlemen Plumbers

    Richard is a hard working and curtious individual. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly. I would not hesitate to have the gentleman plumbers in my home to do any future work that is needed.

    Backup valve

    Good stuff. Timely and clear communicators. The pricing system is clear and explained well. It makes you feel like you are getting an honest price. I also appreciated the additional no-cost check of the whole house.

    Toilet Clog

    Called Gentlemen Plumbers and not even 1 hour later Ashton showed up. No hourly rate. One price. No hidden fees. After his diagnosis we learnt that we had four options to go with. We went with the toilet auger option. With no hesitation he got right to it. Personally I would not go near that toilet; full of poop to the rim. A short time later he freed the clog and brought back Q tips on the auger line. Before leaving he also offered me a free home inspection. I am 100% satisfied with the services I received. I was given knowledge, value and options. He treated my house like it was his own. I will spread the word about Action Auger and there Gentlemen Plumbers service.

    Toilet blockage, frozen pipes

    Living in a mobile home, Charlie had to go under the mobile to thaw out frozen pipes. He cleared the blockage, upgraded aspects to toilet and cleaned everything up. Checked other plumbing/furnace/water heater in house with recommendations. Very professional and friendly. Will certainly use this company again.

    Best Plumbers in Calgary!!!

    In a world with poor customer service and untrustworthy trade services it is finally nice to see a company that is honest and fair. Not only is their customer service 10 out of 10 but the quality of the work goes above and beyond the norm. We had Jay come to our house to fix a plugged toilet that turned out to be a all day event. It felt like Jay was part of the family by the end of the day. He made it very clear what our options were before he did any work. Cannot say enough good comments about Jay and the company!!! Thanks
