    Kitchen sink not draining

    We had Ashton come over to my parents place for kitchen sink auger. Ashton gave us options before he strated any work. We picked one and he went to work. He even clean up after him self. Very friendly, professional service. Will recommend to everyone in need of a plumber.

    Flange repair

    We purchased a new toilet and upon removing the old one, we noticed that the toilet flange was cracked and needed repair. It cost over $500 to replace the flange! For that price, they didn't even install the new toilet. The service guy said that would be extra. We paid the fee quietly as he was already there for the service call. Not only is that price ridiculous but feels like an absolute violation. I am horribly disappointed in this company and would NEVER use them again nor recommend them to anyone!

    Hot water tank repair

    Woke up on a Sunday to no hot water. Called the 24 hour phone line and requested service. Charlie was dispatched to our home in Camrose the next day. He was very pleasant, professional, and courteous. He fixed my problem to my satisfaction and pointed out some things that I was not aware of. He answered all my questions. Thanks Charlie!!

    bathroom & kitchen

    The service gentleman, wayne was curtiious & polite. He explained what was to be done & he completed the work with great patience and professionalism. He was a great listener as he made recommendations and he completed them as I requested. I would highly recommend him to do a great job

    repairs in kitchen and bathroom

    Charlie was prompt, courteous and helpful. He looked at the issues giving us problems and then respected the choices we made on which repairs we felt were necessary. He replaced the spout in the main bath and installed a new faucet, which we supplied, in the kitchen sink. This required sawing out the old connections which had seized. We think we're pretty handy at repairs but there are some things that are really better left to the professionals. Great job! And no more drip under the sink.

    Furnace

    Pleasant and efficient service every time! Furnace maintenance, and new thermostat installation. Next day service. You can't beat that. Have used them several times in the past and every encounter has been equally satisfying. You may pay a little more up front. But I've never had to call them back to redo anything.

    Shower valve installation

    We had a great experience with the Gentlemen Plumbers. We had a shower value installed, while keeping the functionality of a jacuzzi. They took time to explain what our options were and consulted us when major decisions needed to be made. Our appointment went long, but I would rather have a long service call than rushed work. Would definitely recommend.

    Master bathroom

    Always on time. Excellent service. They do things correctly and I never have to worry about plumbing. Can always count on these guys!!! Great company. Highly recommend gentlemen plumbers. Thank you Rich and Jake!!!

    Emergency Furnace Vent Repair

    Trevor and his team with Action Auger/ The Gentleman Plumbers were great! We were in a bind and they saved the day. They were fast to get our job site, very knowledgeable, incredibly professional, and got the job done quickly. The customer service was truly outstanding. We won't hesitate to recommend this company!

    Toilet

    We had Ashton come out to our Summer cabin. We supplied a toilet for him to install. Bought toilet from home depot, and what a peace of junk. Ashton made a suggestion about the Toto drake toilet. Had him install toilet and it works amazing. Awesome service, clean cut, sharp looking work clothes, best service plumber ive used.
