    Camera inspection

    I am a busy realtor with limited windows for waiting. We booked a home inspection and last minute my clients wanted a sewer line inspection. They were the only company who could give me a short window to wait and a time on such short notice. Was I ever relieved to see them show up exactly when they said they would. They did the scope they were sent to do, and helpful in pointing out a few deficiencies in the plumbing system. Worth their weight in gold for this client. A big thumbs up!!!

    Garburator install, quote on shower install, review water softener operation, review hot water heater maintenance, inspection report

    Wayne Musgrave has helped us previously and it was a pleasure to have him work with us again, this time in a different house. We just moved into it on Nov 3. Wayne provided quotes on a garburator install and a shower install. I have deferred the shower quote and had Wayne install the new garburator. He explained the options, pricing and warranties. He is fast, neat and thorough, and explained how it will work and how to maintain it. Wayne did a great job for me in explaining the operation of the water heater, humidifier, water softener and was very detailed in the home inspection. All in all, Wayne did a great job and I look forward to working with him again.

    Leaking Toilet

    Wayne came out on time in evening and from beginning was extremely courteous, and very thorough. Explained all options available then completed task promptly and fully. Very pleased certainly recommend company and will request Wayne by name for future service.

    Furnace repairs

    Awesome service!!! Came at the time that they specified. The technician Greg was very knowledgeable and professional in his services. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable work done at a fair cost.

    Clogged drain backed up; humidifier sale and install

    Great people. Great service. Took what seemed like a big job and took the time to find the real problem, explaining everything, and helping us fix what was needed at a good fair price.

    kitchen drain, tub tap

    Excellent knowledge and workmanship, extremely professional. We had Dave here to unclog our kitchen drain, and as a second thought once he was here, check our bathtub tap. Spectacular work start to finish fixing both issues. Doing a free house inspection afterward, he found our furnace had wrong size filter, which was installed by a different company when our furnace was replaced this year. Thank you for correcting what other companies missed. Usually we are reserved with our reviews, but in this case we would recommend this company in an instant.

    Bathroom Drain Auger

    From the moment Dave arrived at our home, he was friendly, polite and courteous. In less than an hour, our bathroom sink that had stubbornly refused to drain was working properly and we'd completed a home inspection on all of our other drains/laundry machines/furnace. I couldn't be happier with the service we received, or the friendly attitude of everyone we dealt with at the company. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

    Tankless Water heater flush

    Wayne came in and did a very professional and very efficient flush of our Tankless water heater. Prices were very reasonable when compared to other companies and Wayne was very thorough with a free inspection of other issues related to plumbing around the house. Will use again for future service work

    Water heater, shower leak

    Easy to make appointment and at convenient time. Arrived on time, checked and replaced water heater; rebuilt shower taps. Jobs were completely explained in advance with recommendations for humidifier fix. Did a very clean job.

    Install new kitchen tap

    I read the reviews and decided to give these people a try. I had a good experience and Steve, who installed my tap, was very pleasant and did a good job. I will likely use this company again.
