    Diamond Club Home Inspection

    As a part of the diamond club membership we receive a complementary home inspection each year. Wayne was very courteous and a nice man. He arrived in a timely fashion and answered all the questions I had about my plumbing. Good service

    Toilet Installation

    I have nothing bad to say about the service I received from Trevor and James. It was excellent! They installed two toilets for me and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my plumbing. Thank you!

    Backed up floor drain

    Backed up Floor Drain

    The technician was right on time and I have no complaints. He was courteous, answered any questions or concerns I had, was very straight forward and provided me with options about my plumbing issues. I was very satisfied with Action Auger the Gentlemen Plumbers

    Plugged and backup bathroom sink

    The timeliness of the service was unbelievable! They were out within the hour. The technician answered all my questions and when I brought forward a couple of concerns, he presented options and solutions. He left the house spotless and I cannot see how you can do any better as a company. I was very satisfied with the service.

    Home Inspection

    Derek was very courteous, informative and was very patient with all my questions about my plumbing. He helped me with the BioSmart for my drain, told me what was wrong with my plumbing. I was very happy with the services. He made some recommendations regarding replacing my valves in the bathrooms. I will contact my management (I live in a condo) to have the water shut off for that service to be made possible. $

    The timeliness of the service was excellent. Tim was courteous, answered our questions and concerns, and everything was good. I was really pleased with the service provided to us by the technician.

    Hook Up Fridge Water Lines

    Action auger provided a very timely service as per we arranged. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained every question I had and more in great depth. Good job Action Auger

    Plumbing

    They had to come out twice, did not give a house inspection the first time. they are subcontracted plumbers. I asked for one to take a look at my tap on my kitchen sink....he told me it would be $216.00 dollars. I was flabbergasted....so i had to pay twice for the first mistake which the first plumber cause a leak all over our second story kids bathroom due to his inefficiency. The second visit had two guys same crap....called head office they told me they would do an investigation and get back to me in a few days. It took 4 weeks....they told me there was nothing they could do....i said that was too bad that they have no accountability, responsibility, and their customer service was awful and that i would tell everyone i know never, never, never, never call these useless people....not even sure if they are licensed plumbers....scam job totally.

    camera scope

    Contacted their head-office, they said that their service guy will be there to review the job before a price is given, she did not say that it will cost us $50 to send him back to Lethbridge if we find too costly. This is simply misleading and a waste of our time and money. Are they looking to provide salary subsidies from customers who may sucker into a job at that price? You call this company decent? Bait and switch is more like it.
