    Installed new toilet....checked our plumbing and heating devices and installed new taps in kitchen.

    Dylan was our rep and he did a great job. He arrived on time .... Briefed us on everything including pricing.. explained how the platinum and diamond services worked .. very patient and understanding young man. Great job.

    Installing of New Sump Pump

    I called their number around 5pm and i was surprise there was a lady who answered and I told her my sump pump wasnt working anymore and the water level was high, about 10 inches from my basement flooring. She said she can send out a plumbing expert next day. Dave came to the house within the 2 hour window. When he arrived he was very polite and professional, explained what he would be doing and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave/ The Gentlemen Plumbers.

    Kitchen faucet, bathroom sink, toilet repairs etc.

    Very gentlemanly Mike the Plumber, slogged away and got all the annoying plumbing jobs done. Finito!

    toilet issues

    I had an unpleasant odor coming from my toilet that I couldn’t get rid off. I called these guys to help me out and I was amazed by the level of professionalism and transparency of the technician.

    Basement water leak inspection

    Inspection done to try to find leak including opening wall to access stack, fixed ghosting toilets, dryer/washer hose, inspected pipes, new shut off valves, full house inspection and recommendations, found issue with foundation. Mike was fantastic, really friendly, courteous, and helped try to find solutions to our ongoing house issues. He even went out in the pouring rain to inspect our house foundation, and worked tirelessly from noon until around 10 at our house. He was really great at explaining things to my husband and I, very clean and tidied everything up after himself, and identified issues we were even unaware of (ghosting toilets). He could not have been more helpful, and our dog loved him =)

    Plugged kitchen drain.

    snake used to clean pipe, new piping and strainers installed on kitchen sink. Bill was higher than expected but the technician was skilled and explained all the work well.

    Kitchen sink

    My kitchen sinks was leaking and he replaced the valve. Adam was very friendly and professional.

    Sump pump replacement

    Good service and great explanations of work required. Also good explanations after work done and the home assessment completed. The service was very professional. I am glad that I dealt with the company and had Walter as the tech. Thank you.

    Bathroom

    Replaced worn parts on toilet and replaced laundry hoses. Very considerate and thorough. Will definitely call again if have any plumbing issues.
