    Replace failed sump pump.

    The sump pump failed during a period of heavy rain. The serviceman was professional, knowledgeable, personable and clear about what would be done. He completed the work faster than I expected.

    Shower valve replacement

    Great work and pleasant serviceman. Wish your costs were a bit more competitive, that’s my only minor complaint.

    Plumbing

    Our bathroom sink drain needed to be unclogged, and in the following home inspection, Dylan (our plumber) noticed that our hot water tank was in danger of failing and recommended replacing it. It was replaced quickly and efficiently, and Dylan walked me through what he had done and what we could expect from it in the future. Excellent service -- thank you!

    Mostly toilets!

    Excellent service! Courteous, quick and kind! I would recommend him to my clients and friends and family.

    Drain line backup

    Sewer line was augered so that standing water that had accumulated after a storm, could drain. Video of line was taken . My call was handled promptly and all aspects of the process were explained to me

    Replace 4 hose taps.

    Work was done quickly, neatly and properly. The work area was left neat and tidy.

    Plumbing

    Emergency sump pump replacement to make sure the basement didn't keep flooding. They sent a tech out same-day on the weekend to repair it. Tech was knowledgable, friendly, and worked quickly to replace the sump pump after going over options and rates with me. Great experience, no negatives.

    every type of plumbing issue

    I have relied on the Gentlemen Plumbers for a number of years now. Their technicians are always courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. As an older single woman, I want a service that is reliable that I can count on, especially if there is ever an emergency. The Diamond Club membership is to me worth the monthly membership fee, because I know I will always get same-day service if I need it, plus it gives a reduced service call fee. I also have found that the receptionist/dispatch people are courteous, helpful and friendly, too. I have had nothing but good service from The Gentlemen Plumbers, and they live up to their name, too. On this most recent service call, the technician reminded me he had been to my house on a previous call over a year ago, when he was just new to the company and had accompanied another technician. They were two of the nicest young gentlemen I've met, I mean it, and it was so good to see this young man again. Just exemplary work, professional and friendly. I have no worries having them come into my home and they keep everything clean and tidy.

    The plumber was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He outlined the work ahead of time and provided clear options for additional problems which he identified.

    Leaking hose bib

    Mike from GP was prompt for our appointment and very polite, efficient and helpful. He worked hard and attempted multiple different solutions to try and replace a cracked hose bib in a very tricky location in our home. When it became apparent it could not be done (without significant damage to the home) he helped seal off the source and brainstorm other solutions and prepare us a quote for same. Pleased with the service and will use again.
