    Water in Basement Issue

    The plumber looked at various ideas on what it could be and ran various solutions past me before doing any work. Very professional, answer all our questions and explained everything in terms we could understand. The free home inspiration was a great add-on and will be upgrading and replacing items in the coming months.

    Pipe replacement

    The guys replaced a failing pipe in my crawl space and yard. No one else wanted the job because the space is admittedly cramped and terrible, but Gentlemen Plumbers did it all while laughing and joking. I've never felt so good about hiring a company.

    Install 4 new shut-off valves, clear slow sink, install 2 new washer hoses.

    Great job. I am very satisfied with the work, the knowledgeable and polite tradesman and, Kyle is also very personable...fun to talk. He will be back. Thank you very much.

    plumbing/kitchen tap repair

    Adam was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining things in non-plumberese. Took the time to answer my questions.

    Kitchen sink plumbing; inspection of furnace; augering

    We had a plugged kitchen sink but also numerous small problems that required proper fixing. Adam was polite, gave clear feedback and was very professional re: his work. Very thorough.

    Drain issue

    Kyle was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He showed up when expected and took his time explaining everything he found and what he was doing to solve our drainage issue.

    Need to do price check to keep them honest

    Additional charges from the additional quote that I was given, not very honest... went in for a nozzle replacement and convinced me I NEEDED a whole faucet replacement, will not give them job again

    Tub valve replacement

    I had to have someone come out to look at the cause of a leak from my jet tub. Tom showed up and was quick to find the problem. He clearly explained my options to me. Went through costs associated with each option as well. We got whole new valve installed and he explained what I need to do to seal after I replace the tile. The tile was loose likely due to the leak so tom said he could remove the loose tiles in their entirety or wait for them to fall off in which they could break. I agreed that he take them off. Everything was explained clear and the mess was all cleaned up. Leak is repaired.

    Bathroom plumbing repair (toilet sink )hot water tank flush. Washer hose and taps changed,

    Very satisfied with work (5) and would verbally recommend them (5) Had all parts Work was done in a neat & clean fashion Service man was knowledgeable about repairs done and worked quickly and efficiently. Spotted safety concerns and I had them fixed. Will use company again.
