    Rinnai Water Heater Service

    The water heater was encountering an error code regularly. The plumber correctly assessed the issue and found a solution.

    Service was excellent.

    They worked a solid eight hours. Pleasant and clean. A solid professional and friendly experience. I enjoyed meeting both NIck and Adam. I would highly recommend them!!

    toilet plugged

    I was so impressed with their courtesy and efficiency. They went over and above my expectations and even came back the next day when the water was still not flowing properly. A large bone was discharged from my toilet which was a very hard job for them but they laboured through both days and successfully removed to my surprise a large bone my dog must have dropped in the toilet, a surprise to all

    Service and installation

    Very very helpful and it was very appreciated that they took the time and effort to show and tell me what needed to be done. Made it very easy for me to understand and answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely use there service again and will highly recommend to other people in the community.     4 leaky pipes

    Scott arrived promptly, evaluated our problem and offered us 2 options to get the work done. He installed our new manifold, neatly labelling all the pipes. A good experience from start to finish. Def recommend.

    Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new piping, new shut off valve, outside water tap and hot water tank. A big thank you to Wayne for all of his hard work and time is has put into my houses.

    Cost is without water tank yet. My aunt is the owner of the house, Ida Woo

    Kitchen sink remount and garburator install

    The service man was very helpful and answered all my questions. The work was done professionally. I am very happy with the results.

    Hot Water Tank

    Our hot water tank was leaking so Adam and Jason came out and looked at it. They explained what had happened and went through all of our options. We decided to go with a new 50L tank and they installed it immediately.

    Garberator and toilet repair

    I was really impressed by the young man representing Gentleman Plumbers company. His uniform was impeccable. He was polite friendly and punctual. The work he did was fantastic, quick, clean and efficient. Both problems alleviated. Thank you! Best Service Ever!
