    Hot water tank replacement

    Difficult job - very complex as we have an in-floor heating system as well as the tanks with many lines running in and out. Called in a very nice journeyman from Okotoks. They gave us their whole day to get things up and running. We couldn’t be happier with their work and their manners. They were both fantastic!

    Sump pump

    Dylan was awesome he immediately headed to our sump pump with me while I explained the issue. He took a look and said he thought it was blocked. He immediately went outside and cleared the line and then made sure it was working properly. I was very happy that he got it fixed so quickly.

    Service to my hot water tank

    They were very efficient and polite and they arrived within the time they said so I appreciated that. Great service

    Bathroom leak

    I had a great experience with this company. Ryan took the time to go over the problem and the cost. Very easy to deal with!! Great company!!!

    Leak repair in the shower enclosure

    A very polite plumber (Sean) came out to troubleshoot a leak from somewhere in the enclosure. He was able to find it and repair it quickly. The contractor who had done the work previously had forgot to install a gasket. Found and repaired. Sean also tightened up another peetrap while he was there. Professional, prompt and polite. I believe they based there company standard for a Gentleman Plumber on this guys behaviors

    Bathroom reno plumbing related work and changeout outside tap

    Overall very happy with the work performed. Costs were a bit pricey, however, and therefore only pursued getting part of the project work completed. Not sure why two plumbers AND two trucks were sent out for the task. Not very cost effective and could explain why project costs seemed excessive. Will be pursuing other quotes to get required plumbing work completed.

    Shower install

    Haven’t completed yet. But pre work service was excellent and would be happy to have the same crew complete the work

    hot water tank replacement

    Scott from Gentlemen Plumbers replaced our old hot water tank quickly & efficiently. All options, including the choice of simply repairing, were clearly explained and there wasn't any up selling, Everything was tidied up afterwards; Scott left it much cleaner than he found it. This will be our go to company for any future plumbing problems

    Rocky toilet

    Toilet was not secured properly from renos done by previous owners. Toilet was pulled and inspected. Relatively simple fix, flat rate for the service plus a home plumbing inspection.
