    Install fridge water line

    Installed waterline to new fridge and hooked it up, flushed the lines, gave home inspection and explained everything to us with suggestions. Was very pleasant to deal with

    Leak in drainage pipe in ceiling in basement, problem identified quickly and repaired

    Cracked drainage pipe repaired . Gentleman plumber Scott very professional and identified the problem quickly and was able to fix it right away. Very happy to problem with leaking water taken care of so quickly. Made a stressful event less stressful.

    sewage backup in basement

    Dan, the gentleman from the Gentlemen Plumbers, was prompt, clear, committed, knowledgeable, and the solution to our big problem of the week -- sewage backup in the basement! At times he even went out of his way to help us. We are very pleased with his very high level of service.

    Tankless Water Heater cutting off hot water

    Wayne and Vern came right on time and were very professional in their diagnostics of the Navien unit. It was not easy to figure out the problem but we are pretty sure it's now fixed. They offered to come out right away if it cuts off the hot water again.

    fix broken water pipe connection

    Brian was prompt, attending site within one hour of my call. The person who dealt with the call was pleasant and helpful. While the costs were high, Brian was professional and explained the costs prior to completing the work. A pleasure to deal with these people...good job Brian.

    Navient instant hot water

    Very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Not rectified but left us with phone number incase recurs.

    Kitchen sink not draining

    Tom and Mike were very professional and were able to explain everything before proceeding to unplug my drain. They did a great job and showed me exactly what was happening at the time. In the end they showed me on the camera how clean the drain was after the fix. I enjoyed their friendly manner and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Even cleaned my sinks. Great job guys !
