    Stellar Leak Repair

    On Sunday evening (two days ago), I discovered a slow leak in our basement, which had been going for some time unfortunately as water had been seeping out from our tenants floor (good thing it's vinyl and there will be no damage!) The Gentlemen Plumbers came early this morning and did an awesome job replacing the leaking pipe. The cost was relatively high because they had to drain all the pipes and then make sure they got the air out of all the pipes because the leak was on our main water supply. They also did a free inspection in the process and found two minor issue that we will address in the near future. My son (who owns the house) was so impressed with their level of expertise that he signed up as a member on the spot. I really like their flat-rate, sign ahead of time approach, their professional and friendly attitude and the first-rate job they did for us. As you can see from the pictures below, the leak (bottom pic!) occurred at a point of connection between what used to be a galvanized steel bracket and the copper pipe. The repair was made with plastic coated copper attachements and they also fixed the upper pipe (not shown) with plastic attachements because they could fix them on the plastic tubing which reduces any friction on the metal part. So yeah. Super clean job, efficient, polite and thorough. Makes me feel good to know we are now members for their services because they guarantee the work for 2 years!

    Diagnosis

    Came to look at my hot water tank, told me what was wrong and showed me how I could fix it. Also looked at my tub taps while he was there and fixed it. Very friendly fellow, was very comfortable around him

    Basement drain backing up

    Nick was very good. He found the issue and cleared the lines. He was also very informative regarding some sligh issues from the general inspection he completed.

    Plumbing, laundry sink and provisions for washer

    Steam out septic pipes

    Quick response, and got the job done .They were easy to talk to, straight forward on what needed to be done and cost to do it.

    Plumbing issues

    Sean went above and beyond what was required for the job! He was a tidy worker and did not leave a mess behind!

    RO System, water softener, clogged bathroom

    Both gentlemen came in extremely polite and courteous. They explained everything in detail and happily showed me what changes needed to be made, and took time to answer my questions. They provided options and gave me the run-down on each option, making sure I was comfortable with my decision. They were both professional and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who has any issue in the future.

    General maintenance.

    100% thrilled with the service. Adam was immediately trustworthy and honest about what I did and did not need. He gave no pressure solutions to our problems and fixed our issues within minutes! Loved the house assessment too. As new home owners this gave us a great idea of where to prioritize our home improvements. Will recommend without a doubt!

    Hot water tank

    Replaced previously installed flex hose with appropriate copper pipe. Plumber was friendly helpful and efficient.
