    Fixing blocked sewer pipe

    David came and fixed my sewer line which was clogged and not draining. He was very polite and professional and did an excellent job. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up after himself which I appreciated.

    Clearing kitchen drain and hot water tank replacement

    They came when they said hey would, were very friendly and caught a problem we didn’t even know we had. Overall very clean and friendly service. We are very pleased with the work!

    Clogged Drain

    Plumber was courteous and knowledgable and did a good job. Repair man was able to come out quickly and the work was done quickly.

    Sewer drain inspection

    The plumber (Brian) was personable and professional. There was no easily accessible clean out to camera the sewer drain, so he had to lift the toilet to gain access. He took his time to ensure that the job was completed to a high standard and his post cleanup and home inspection was very thorough - I feel he went above and beyond the requirements for this job. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is price - I feel that the price for these services was on the high end, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

    Hot water tank replacement.

    I had expected them to come and replace a tap filter, or a small piece of pipe. They ended up replacing my hot water tank. I’m glad that they identified the problem so quickly, and made every effort to fix it the same day. The size of the bill was considerably higher, but they did a very professional job very efficiently.

    Kitchen Sink pipe replacement

    Adam was polite and diligent and fixed the issue promptly. He also checked over all other fixtures/tubing and advised on any future issues that may come up. It was very nice to have Adam help out, and I especially appreciated his stories of people flushing meat packages down their toilets, as well as using scarves in unmentionable ways.

    Hot water tank replacement and new exterior water line and tap

    The plumber from The Gentleman Plumbers was very knowledgeable and did a great job removing our old hot water tank and replacing it with a new one, and installing a new exterior water line and tap. He was personable and professional, and fully explained the options, pros/cons and costs for the work upfront. His truck was equipped with all of the materials and supplies to enable him to do the work on the same day, which was great! His work was high quality - no short cuts or rushing to get it done. As part of the service visit, he did a house inspection of our plumbing and heating systems. Through this, we discovered that the assembly in one of our toilets is leaking, so now we know we need to fix that. He is coming back next week to quote us on a furnace replacement. I liked that he worked with us to find a time where both my husband and I could be home to talk with him about the furnace options and costs. He works some weekends and evenings, so it was easy to schedule a time that worked. Also, we live on a rural property and have found that it's difficult to get tradespeople out to the property. If you can get a trades person out, it's often difficult to get them back! With the Gentleman Plumbers, there was no extra cost for them to come out to our property and they were pleased to get our business. I felt that the cost was fair for the high quality workmanship, parts and time that the plumber spent doing the work. I have already recommended him to our neighbors and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Replaced a toilet and did a home inspection

    Ali was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He worked quickly but effectively. He took the time to explain everything to me, including hints to help prevent leaks and prolong the life of my taps, etcm

    Shower Leak

    They found the cause of the shower leak. Turned out to be an easy fix. So I fixed it myself. Very useful plumbing inspection at the end too.
