    Shower

    Excellent ; fast; clean; good recommendations; knowledgeable; nice, expensive yet needed to complete a good repair; not a rip off though.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Hot water tank completely failed and a new one needed to be installed. We were walked through the sizes of tanks that could be installed today by the tech and different warranties available. We selected a size and warranty and the old tank was removed, the new one was installed and a home inspection of all plumbing fixtures was completed within the next couple of hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful which made the whole process extremely easy and relaxing.

    Main sewage line frozen and plugged.

    Line was augered and inspected. Everything was done efficiently. Wayne gave both my husband and me tips on how to avoid or minimize future problems. Wayne was also environmentally friendly and introduced us to environmentally friendly products. We were both very satisfied with the work. Pat Haney

    Gas valve replaced on my water heater.

    Had a new gas valve installed on my water heater. The service was good, no complaints, the price may be comparable to other companies (not sure) but I feel that it was a lot of money for the time spent on the replacement.

    Auger kitchen drain

    Far too expensive for the work that was done that is why I won’t recommend this company

    Checking plumbing in house

    Very satisfied, they changed the hoses on my washer, checked all the plumbing in my bathroom and kitchen...very polite !!!

    Annual Inspecation

    Ryan P. conducted our annual home plumbing inspection (which is part of our Diamond Club monthly membership fee). The inspection was very detailed and thorough and included a camera inspection of our sewer line. Ryan was extremely professional and patient and answered our questions very knowledgeably. We wouldn't hesitate to have him back again to deal with any plumbing issues we might have and can highly recommend him and Gentlemen Plumbers Edmonton.

    Bathroom shower replacement

    Blocked/slow flowing kitchen sink

    Excellent customer service!!! Adam was very clear with his explanation of the problem and what he could do to fix it. Work was completed in about 1.5 hours. I am particularly impressed that this company offers evening appointments, which meant that I didn't have to take time off work during the day. I would use this company again.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    I had a clogged kitchen sink/garburator. Repair man advised what NOT to put in the garburator which was helpful given I was putting everything he stated. Educational for sure and greatly appreciated. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
