    New hot water tank

    Adam V . Adam was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained, in terms we could understand, each step of the process. It's encouraging to have someone do work for you that has mastered and displays real 'customer focus'. We know that we have additional plumbing fixes / projects around our home. We will definitely call and request Adam to come and do this work. I have already passed along the very good experience we had with Action Auger - The Gentlemen Plumbers to friends and will continue to. Finding a decent Plumber is parallel to finding a good fit for a Doctor, Dentist etc. Thank-you,

    Kitchen and bathroom

    Unclogged the kitchen sink, replaced parts in 2 toilets, and made adjustments to the en-suite shower to make the water hotter.

    Toilet replacement

    Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly. They said it had calcium build up but also discovered that our valve had a lot of calcium build up as well and it wouldn’t turn off completely so it would need to be replaced. We had an older toilet that used a lot more water than necessary so we should replace the whole thing rather parts here and there. So they replaced the valve as well as the toilet.

    Replaced toilet

    Plumbing inspection and shower drain cleanout

    Sean was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, competent, cheerful. A real pleasure to deal with and a great ambassador for Gentlemen’s Plumbers.

    Hot water tank

    We had a very old hot water tank replaced. The old tank was removed and a new commercial tank installed

    Furnace repair

    My furnace wasn’t working properly. The gentlemen Plumbers came and were able to fix part of it that first day and came back a few days later to complete the work after the part they needed came in.

    drilling out tree root in sewer line, free annual inspection, replacing leaking lines and shut off valve under kitchen sink.

    initially called out to do the sewer line work but also did a complete annual inspection afterwards and found indications of leaks under kitchen sink and i asked them to do that too.

    TOILET

    Unclogged the main toilet. Almost had to take off bowl but he kept at it with auger and got it unplugged. Saved us some money so very appreciative
