    Kitchen sink leaks

    David was very thorough, but after running much water checking all connections and hoses could not find the sorce of the water entering my base cabinet.

    Bathtub faucet repairs

    They were called for a potential faucet leak. Discovered there was no issue other than build up at the end of faucet. I had them replace the tub tap cartridges as the handles were constantly loose. From the inspection the hoses for the washing machine were out of date. Although it is something I could take care of I had them take care of it and now the is warranty. I found the plumber to be very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to have this extra work done by them.

    Hot water furnace repair

    Excellent! Adam is a true professional in every sense of the word. He made sure I was informed at each step of the process.

    Water leak

    Frozen pipe burst and spewing water. They were able to diagnose the problem and resolve

    Slow draining tub

    Slow draining tub. Scott competed the work in a timely manner and left things as good if not better than the way he found them

    Furnace repair and plumbing repair

    Our furnace wasn't firing properly. The technician, Adam, came on site as scheduled, did a full diagnostics and explained all he found to me. Excellent communications and he identified the necessary repairs. He completed all the work very quickly and efficiently. He also communicated throughout his work to make sure it was clear as to what was being done. Very well done.

    Drainage issue in the kitchen

    Clear , Honest, Punctual and accomadating... expensive but we don’t know anything about plumbing and learned a lot and understood the process and products explained to us using the iPad breakdown of services.

    Replaced hot water heater

    Great service and knowledgeable technicians. Service call was scheduled and techs arrived on site as discussed with a 30 min heads up. Hot water heater replaced in a timely manner.

    extensive clogged drain pipe, replacement pipes

    Very quick service I had a plumber here in less than an hour. Corey was very informative in explaining the issues surrounding the clog and detailed what would be needed to fix it. During the final inspection, he provided detail information to help us ensure the longevity of our pipes and furnace. He also explained problems he saw and noted what needed to be done to correct them. Corey was professional, polite and very tidy.
