    Water leak under laundry room sink

    Very reliable and arrived on schedule. The work completed was done efficient and quickly. We would not hesitate to refer others to their service.

    Furnace

    We were having issues with our furnace. The Gentlemen Plumbers were able to make an appointment for the next day, that fit well with our schedule, and provided a courtesy call before attending. It turned out that our furnace was on the way out. Richard offered us different options in terms of fixing our current furnace or replacing it all together. We opted to replace our furnace. An appointment was made for the next day, again ensuring the appointment worked well with our schedule. That evening our furnace died completely. The Gentlemen Plumbers brought over servers space heaters Our furnace was replaced the next day. The work was professional and clean. Richard provides a thorough explanation of the new furnace and ensure we were completely satisfied with the job.

    bathroom upgrade

    I had an idea in my mind that the fan in the master bathroom was somewhat weak, after some research it was confirmed. Not sure if this was a plumbing or electrical, i called the Gentlemen Plumbers, their technician showed up i explained what i wanted he left and later returned with the parts and did the job. He was courteous, efficient and did a good job in keeping things clean. i would have no problem using them again.

    Toilet replacement

    Service was done on time and the plumber, Ali was very informative, respectful and cleaned up thoroughly. Best service I've ever received from a plumbing company.

    Garburator replacement

    Garburator replacement - the technician was approachable, he fielded the questions I had to my satisfaction, and he seemed to be very knowledgeable from my perspective. Thank you.

    Plugged sewer

    He unplugged the sewer. Showed us the camera footage of the pipe and blockage. Cleaned out the rest of the pipe. Gave numerous tips on cleaners to use and what not to do and use. Did a home inspection of all plumbing and gave invaluable advice which we appreciated.

    Bathroom toilet

    They assessed the problem and told me what they recommended and followed through with the treatment plan ! They wore covers over their shoes when inside and he was very nice and polite! He made sure that I understood the recommendations and explained them in terms that I could understand them!

    Bathroom leak under the sink

    Adam was very professional and thorough. He was able to assess and fix the leak in the same visit in a short amount of time. He then completed a house inspection and advised of any further/potential issues and possible remedies. Thank you!

    Wter fixture repair

    To get a quote for a water valve replacement and water pipe leak. Also asked what I could do regarding preparation to reduce the cost.

    clogged condensation pump
