    Hot water tank

    Ali came out to see why my hot water wasn't working and not only cleaned the snow out of the intake valve but, more importantly, didn't laugh hysterically at my amateur oversight. He even gave me a bit of a home inspection to make sure I wasn't destroying my house with my ignorance. What a guy! Definitely a great experience and am switching my business over to you all.

    Frustrated after the fact (update - kindly resolved by the company!)

    We had a clogged main line in April. A young guy came out to auger the main line. We paid extra for a scope as well, as I wanted to see the condition of the pipes. All was going fine and the scope showed some tree roots as the likely blockage. The kid augered through them, then tried to use the scope again. It didn't work. He still charged us full price for the scope (I think an extra $200 or so) in spite of me requesting a discount at least since we didn't get to check the condition of the pipes beyond the blockage. He refused. I should have called to complain, but I was tired of dealing with it and just moved on. 8 months later, we had another backup, and 9 months later, yet another. I have no idea what the problem is and am beyond frustrated that although I paid to check the condition of the pipes, I will now have to do this all over again, on top of whatever the cost of the actual fix will be. I think the young guy just was inexperienced, but I'm sure paying for it now. I'm really upset and will certainly not go back to these guys. I'm sure many are good, but the guy I got was not. They charge way too much to pay for the same work twice. Update: Less than 24 hours after posting this, Gentleman Plumbers called to follow up and offered to come re-do the scope work. They didn't ask me to change my review (or even hint at it), but I appreciate the follow up very much and wanted to reflect that they were kind enough to do this, even this far after the original service. So... definitely changing my review!

    Frozen water pipe

    Frozen water pipe ,he defrosted with heater. Made several trips under my mobile home! Very helpful!

    Sewer backup, Plumbing leak, water tank flush

    I am very happy with the service I received from Dan R. at The Gentleman Plumbers. He was very professional and informative and made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the process. He was thorough in his work and in his inspection and managed to show and explain things to me in a clear and interesting way. I feel empowered, educated, and confident about the work done in my house and will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing needs.

    Extremely plugged toilet

    service was timely, technician arrived with the right equipment and was very effective. I have had no trouble with the offending item since.

    Furnace repair

    Solved funny noises immediately and went and got parts right away and fixed the problem. Really knew his trade very well.

    Exchanger pipe leak fix

    Friendly, clean and upfront about all their work. Techs took the time to answer all my questions.

    Installed new furnace

    These men are great to have around! They work hard, very polite and just overall do a fantastic job. We’ve used them for other repairs as well, and they are definitely our go to when we need something done! Highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers.

    PVC piping leak at the cleanout that had wrecked some drywall and carpet.

    Sean C showed up from action auger and was very polite and informative right off the start. He spent time to go over with me how they charged for the job before coming in to the house. Once showing him the leak he was very quick to quote the job and go over in fine detail what needed to be done. After agreeing to the quote he got right to work and explained to me what he was doing the whole time. Sean taught me a lot throughout the job and also during his home inspection that they do free of charge. Sean was very polite to my wife and kids and also the dog. Customer service is something I always like to see and his knowledge and personality was some of the best I have seen. Thank you for everything Sean.

    Plumbing

    We received excellent service! The plumber was very personable and knowledgeable, he clearly described all of the issues that were identified. We would definitely use this company again in the future.
