    Hot water tank not working

    Tech was very friendly. Felt a little taken advantage of based on situation and pricing. - updated - after speaking with the manager and discussing the issues, they took care of me and made me feel better about the situation. I have increases their rating by 1 star

    3 toilets in one day, and fixing the shower.

    The guy spaned enough time to explain the service and tried to propose all the discounts that I can get from my membership. He also takes time to find the colour we liked. I'm sure I'll keep my membership, and ask always this great service in the future.

    Hot water tank diagnosis and home inspection.

    I was very happy with service I got from The gentleman plumbers. They were on time, polite and professional. The problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed. The thorough home plumbing inspection identified potential issues that I will definitely use their services for.

    Hot water boiler and toilet

    Fixed boiler and made hot water come back on. Fixed sealer and bolts on toilet.

    Kitchen Renovation

    The installation of my new sink, dishwasher and kitchen plumbing was exceptionally speedy after they assisted me months ago with the demolition of our old kitchen. A

    Plumbing repair

    The guys diagnosed and remedied a clogged pipe. Quick, friendly and efficient. Very highly recommended.

    Unclog sewage drain

    Wayne explained in detail to my husband and I the problem we needed to have fixed. He made sure we understood what he was doing and why...we had a lot of comments and questions and Wayne took the time to make sure we were all on the same page as to what should be done. He was very patient and never lost is cool. The work was done efficiently. When the work was done, he made sure that we were satisfied with his work.

    Replace water heater

    Brakkas did a great job installing the water heater in a difficult space. He clearly explained the pricing options. It was frustrating that dispatch made the job more difficult by ignoring my clear instructions that due to the difficult space it was imperative that they send a second person. If I had not helped with some lifts I don't see how the job would have been accomplished. I would recommend that the company puts a higher priority on protecting the surface when moving units over hardwood or working on hardwood. I should have been more proactive in the working on hardwood part.

    Plumbing service

    Both my wife and I were really impressed with the level of service and professionalism we received from Gentlemen Plumbers. From the moment we contacted them to the moment Dylan completed the work, the service was first class. They are a little on the pricey side but Dylan worked hard to give us options. Dylan completed 3 separate plumbing repairs all completed on time with no extra costs, he really went the extra mile! Thanks Dylan.
