    Frozen pipes in mobile home

    My senior citizen father and I had an emergency issue with frozen pipes in our mobile home last weekend, something which many companies won’t even consider dealing with. Seeing as we’re in the middle of a horrible deep freeze, everyone we called was fully booked, but thankfully our first choice, The Gentleman Plumbers were able to get to us even more quickly than they thought they would. Kyle and Mike were the two gentlemen who came to our rescue and from the moment they arrived at our home, were nothing but polite, respectful and professional. At no time did they try to sell us any services that we didn’t need, and after a quick look under our home explained the situation under there and presented us with our three options to fix our issues. After we chose the one we wanted to go with, they set to work thawing our pipes and replacing the heat trace and insulation. Once they were finished with all of that, they performed a complimentary home inspection of our furnace and the rest of our indoor plumbing, pointing out areas that could be a concern, and what was in good working order. In all, we were both very impressed with Kyle and Mike and would not only 100% recommend them to anyone, but will never call anyone else but Action Auger/The Gentleman Plumbers for any of our future plumbing and heating needs. Thank you Kyle and Mike for making what was a stressful situation for us, much less so!

Nothing makes us feel better than making our customers safe and warm during the winter so we are always on call. One of the many things that put us above our competition is the sheer number of trucks we have on the road. That way you can always count on us to be there when you need us.     Frozen pipes

    They took a very difficult situation and made it as easy as possible for us. They did a great job but was pricy. The work was done the way they said everything was discussed with us. The only thing is they forgot to tell us they unplugged the freezer and then didn’t plug it in. So it went 24 hours unplugged.

    Kitchen sink backup

    Shaun was prompt and very personable. He looked at my situation and quoted me a price which was reasonable for the work expected. There were no unforeseen issues and he completed his work quickly. I would definitely recommend him and your company to anyone. Thankyou

    Bathroom repair

    Super friendly, answered all my questions, went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options. Will be asking for him again if we need future work.

    Mobile home frozen pipes

    Old heat tape and insulation failed. Dave and Tom did a great job replacing everything and getting me back to flowing water. 5 hours of work in -20. Thanks so much.

    Hot water tank removal and replacement

    When our 15 year old hot water tank split and leaked all over our basement, The Gentlemen Plumbers came to the rescue. They arrived quickly, clearly explained how they could help, and then took care of everything. We are so grateful for their service!

    Bathroom leaks - tub and sink

    Plumber Associate that did the job was thorough, polite and clean. He did an excellent repair job and thorough home assessment. What we were not happy with was the pricing...we chose to get a second opinion for the recommended work for the bathtub leak by GP. After receiving the second opinion, GP was way more expensive, time consuming and extensive than what was completed by the other plumber. Same diagnosis but second plumber had the repair completed in less than 1 hour (instead of an extensive bathtub removal process over several days and multiple visits as suggested by GP) and the cost was $400 less than GP quoted. Unfortunately because of this experience we feel we were extensively overcharged for the bathroom sink repair work (and extra charges) that was completed by GP during their visit (leaking bathroom sink) and will not be using again or recommending.

    Provided new toilet-installed, repaired valve

    Danny was great. Did an awesome job on the toilet install and valve replacement. He also did my home inspection and noted some items that may need to be looked at in the future. He was polite and courteous and did a great job. Super satisfied!

    Plumbing issue

    The gentleman helping us was so polite and thorough, he explained everything and made sure I understood. He was able to find one of our stacks that 3 other plumbers could not find. He then did a whole inspection of the rest of our house and gave suggestions on things we might want to do in the future and he let us know what things in our home were working really well. He was a pleasure to have in our home helping us.

    Repair plumbing blockage

    The guys were very professional, Informative and pleasant to deal with. They not only fixed the issue, but also did some preventative maintenance.
