    Installation of a kitchen faucet and replacement of a refrigerator tube

    The workmanship and professionalism of Dave was excellent; my only drawback is the pricing mechanism that The Gentlemen plumbers have in place- there's no flexibility for the human assessment of the work. The price is not adjustable whether you are putting in a very complicate sophisticated faucet or a simple plug and play one; this shouldn't be the case. It'll make me think twice to see if I reach out for The Gentlemen plumbers again in the future.

    Shower head

    Brian N was awesome. Very knowledgable, professional, personable and respectful towards time and schedules. I learned a lot from him and he was very thorough in his work and did everything in a very efficient and timely manner. I really appreciated his service and customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work done. He takes the time to explain what happened and does a thorough check to assess for things that need to be done. gives plenty of suggestions that are helpful. Thanks brian!

    Replace the wax seal on the toilet

    Brian was professional, thorough and explained all my options. Completed a home inspection as well. Great work, thank you

    Plumbing repairs

    Replaced washing machine hoses, installed new pop-ups in sinks, repaired toilet, fixed leaking shower head.

    A leak in the pipe.

    We had a leak somewhere in the wall. Wayne came and found where the leak was and repaired it quickly. He is kind, professional and punctual - would definitely call again.

    Repair kitchen faucet.

    Justin was courteous, capable and really helpful. He fixed a faucet that I was sure needed to be replaced, checked out some other areas of my house and offered really helpful maintenance advice. Costs were very reasonable. I feel like he saved me a small fortune today.

    Sewer lines

    I called in a panic.. my sewer was backing up and I had a sick child!! Yikes!! My apt. was set up the same day. They went out of their way to make sure someone could help me. He was very friendly, clean and helpful and knew what he was doing... Explained everything carefully and there were no hidden costs. Very good service. Thankyou Danny

    Plumbing

    Happy with service. Thoroughly checking the whole plumbing of the houses. Kyle did a recommendation for future service needed. He even gave estimates of installing fridge and dishwasher. Paid less than what I expected.

    Replace kitchen and bathroom faucets and 2 toilet flush kits

    Kitchen and bathroom faucets were old and leaking. We had purchased new hardware and needed them installed. Also 2 dripping bathtubs needed repair. Adam was very nice, polite, arrived on time etc but I was really shocked that he took almost 7 hours to do just the faucets. This basically took up our whole day! We were also upset that he asked NOT to put the plug piece into the downstairs washroom because it has a pedestal sink and that would make it very difficult for him! We agreed but were unhappy about that and found it extremely unprofessional. He did not fix the bathtubs and said he'd have to come back another day. He did give us a quote after the inspection and we agreed to it, but in hindsight wish that we had held off and got a second quote. We feel the price we paid for the work done was excessive. The time taken was ridiculous, we were stuck at home from 10.00am til 5.00pm. We will be using a different company to finish the job including installing the plug that he didn't want to do.
