    Service

    Technician carried out a thorough inspection and walked me through it. Carried out the repair professionally and ensured everything was working as it should. Made recommendation's on all findings with costs.

    DCPC Inspection

    He explained all the work in detail, asking if I had questions. Very thorough technician.

    Tree roots in main line

    They really took their time to educate me and walk through everything they were doing. Pricing was clearly communicated and the worker was very polite. Very happy with the service.

    Furnace repair

    I called the night before and they were able to come the next day not only to check the furnace but assessed the problem and fixed it in an orderly manner. Thank you.

    Plumbing issues

    We have been experiencing debris and a black film in our water supply! We called Gentlemen Plumbers for help! Ryan D. did a thorough assessment and pointed out several problem areas. Since our house is 42 years we decided to replace the main water intake valve, switch to copper piping attachments on the hot water tank and use ball valves instead of rubber seated gate valves in the kitchen! Ryan made all the necessary changes. We were very impressed with his patience, knowledge and professionalism! We would call him again for any plumbing issues! Ryan advised switching our washing machine hoses to steel flex and draining our hot water tank which we have done! Thanks Ryan!!!

    Hot water tank install

    The work is impeccable for the awkward setup that we are left with from previous owner.... would request this installer anytime for any work I need done

    Bathroom sink

    Connected drain, trap for a centre-offset sink in an old house. Involved connecting tailpipe to cast iron fitting. The young technician (D) was prompt, efficient and professional explaining all charges and guarantees in advance. I was very pleased with his work although I had some ‘splainin’ to do to my wife when she noted how terrific his work was compared to my feeble attempt! Nice work D!!

    Pipe cleaning, sewage drain overflowed and flooded laundry room

    He did a great job and explained the process, unfortunately our pipe was damaged and he could not finish the clean. He gave us options to remedy The issue.
