    Kitchen sink leak repair

    Ali came in to diagnose and repair a leak under the kitchen sink. He was informative, friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain the issue and the steps to repair it and presented three options for new faucets (as our faucet was the issue). He wiped up the water that had accumulated under the sink and ensured everything was clean before he left. He also took the time to do an inspection on the rest of our home and explained the issues to me clearly and in terms that were easy to understand. Excellent service and I'm happy to continue our diamond club membership based on this standard that we have seen over and over again from their employees.

    Service work.

    Work I believe was good but for a leaking tap, $574.51 is very expensive.

    Unclogging a drain

    They did a fantastic job! They reviewed everything before proceeding with Work to make sure I was ok with it, explained everything, were very knowledgeable and courteous. I’ll definitely call them again when i need a plumber!

    Drainage blockage and diagnosis

    Extremely professional in apperance, demeanor, process, client liaison, and systems knowledge. Adam came with all tools and systems needed to perform the entire service call. I have worked in commercial plumbing for 15 years and the level of presentation performed by Adam would be in the upper 5th percentile of everything I have ever witnessed. As someone who works in the industry I thought that prices were a bit high, but the quality of work was even higher.

    Furnace

    The old furnace completely stopped working (it was -25 outside!) and we called the Gentleman Plumbers. They were at the house within an hour. They removed the old furnace and installed a new one the same day. Financing was available and completed at the house during the installation. The work was fast & efficient and the employee was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

    Water tank replacement

    Service was provided within a couple of hours of discovering the leak in the tank. Work was well done with good attention to detail. Home inspection was worthwhile as it identified a couple of possible problems in the future. One question you might be able to answer. We have eliminated the air from all the water lines except for the kitchen faucet which still whines every time we turn the water on. Not critical but annoying

    Clogged Drain

    I have a drain that clogs regularly and needed someone with a camera to see what is going on. They had the tools and good knowledge of the system. Seems there is a rock and some cat toys. Very evident in the pictures provided. They were very professional. Called in advance. Easy to schedule and arrived when they said they would. They also provide a health check as part of the service which was handy.

    Dishwasher non function diagnosis

    The service provider assessed the dishwasher and was able to determine replacement was the most cost effective option. The service provider also performed a check of household plumbing, hot water tank, and furnace.

    Sometimes getting a new dishwasher is the best cost-effective solution. We were having trouble with our washing machine and, after getting it fixed many times over, we bought a new one and are simply thrilled with the upgrade. If you do decide to go with a new model, let us know!

    Water leak from kitchen pipe, leaking in basement and kitchen sink stopped up where they had to use an auger to clear out. Thiss process was quite expensive.

    They fixed a leak from a small split in the pipe using a pvc elbow about 3-4 feet from my kitchen. My husband had removed the drywall and soaked insulation himself before they came to my house. My unfortunate luck continued by having them having to use an auger in my sink drain (the same drain they repaired) to clear the line out. The total bill was almost $800.00. In my view, that was expensive for a small repair. They did tell me before hand what it all would cost, but what am I going to say when they're here? No? The workers were very polite though.

    Auger main line

    Mainline needed to be augered due to possible blockage. Camera and video was done as well. During house inspection bathroom sink had a leak that was repaired.
