    Kitchen faucet install, outside hose bib replacement

    Dave was excellent. Fast install of kitchen faucet and outside hose bed. Prices quoted prior to work being done.

    Bathtub slow draining

    Jesse D came out & from the minite he got here until he left he was extremely professional & courteous. He clearly knew what he was doing & was nice to have the work done by Jesse. Very knowledgeable & I was very satisfied with the work.

    Great service

    Toilet Leak from the main floor to the basement

    Adam Carnell worked diligently to stop the leak that started from the main floor toilet to the bedroom in the basement. He turned the mains off and covered the bed etc. with tarps and had to cut holes in the ceiling. He vacumed the toilet on the main floor to remove all the water that had collected and removed the toilet. He did a house inspection and advised me to get a few things done to main safety in the house. I have signed up for the Platinum Club. Adam interacted with the Alberta Fire and Floor Restoration personnel. I would like to thank Adam for his excellence, knowledge and patience.

    Bathroom plumping repair

    Considering we only called in the plumber for a quick, last minute check for peace of mind only to find out we needed over a thousand dollars of work done we didn't know about, the plumbers had it working against them from the very start for us to walk away happy in the end. They did it though, even after just the inspection visit we were happy with agreeing to have the work done. We felt they were honest, friendly, and really just wanted to help us. We really hope it will be years before a plumber has to come again but know who we'll try first when the time comes.

What can often be the case is that homeowners are surprised when a professional finds things that have been left in disrepair and require attention. This is of no fault to the homeowner, of course.     Fixed the bathroom toliet.

    This man was very friendly and very helpful. He was kind and understanding. I have had many repair men come to the house for various reasons and he was the one of the firsts to not make me feel uncomfortable in anyway.

    An issue with our furnace

    The work was fixing the thermo coupler, our furnace went out and we replaced the coupler ourselves, a piece was broken which they replaced. Works efficiently for all your plumbing & heating needs!
