    Toilet replacement

    Wayne did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and had a good understanding of how I was feeling about what had happened and how the toilet became broken. I would recommend Wayne and Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone. Thank you Wayne.

    removed toilet, house inspection

    upper level toilet back flowed, main level ceiling damaged, plumber removed toilet and will install new one.

    Hot water repair

    Was having issues with my hot water heater. Ali my technician was able to identify the issue and will be getting the parts I need. Throughout the visit Ali had great communication, keeping me in loop with everything that was going on. The company was also doing complementary checks of other water systems in houses, Ali was able to give me valuable suggestions and information for proper maintenance and upkeep of my house!

    Great Service!

    Yesterday we had a plumbing emergency and needed someone ASAP. I thought this may be a problem but a few hours later we had a service tech at our door. His name is Jessie Dennis, and wow...it's been a while since I've seen such great customer service! He was polite and courteous, skilled, and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. I would recommend this young man in a heartbeat, and if/when we need service again, I am going to request him! However if everyone is as good as he was I am sure we would be happy. 5/5 stars!! ~Karyn Raspberry and Frank Kuessner

    Sump pump

    Fix the sump pump, they were super helpful and explained me all the work that needed to be done and why it was needed.

    Repair main shower faucet.

    Technician reviewed faucet issue. Found that the inner components in the wall were faulty. Replaced required parts and everything now works great. I can now fill my bathtub without the shower head spraying water.

    Bathroom and showers

    Frankly it was a very efficient job. Quality service with the nicest employees. They get the job done and look put for you and dont try to rip you off in anyway. And they seem to promote sustainable development in their product choices

    Bathroom

    Requested work for toilet repair for wed. Morning. Was contacted by main office regarding them arriving. Technician, Ali, arrived to repair old toilet, and ended up buying new tolilet (my decision). Was very pleased with Ali; professional, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humour. Will request Ali for my next bathroom renovation. This will likely happen in next few be weeks. Regards, Roy Virtue
