    Toilet replacement, faucet replacement, laundry hose replacement

    Walter was courteous and professional throughout the job and worked quickly and efficiently. He made sure to explain all the options and the pros and cons of each and accepted my decisions once they were made. He is a professional through and through and left me very satisfied with the job and the company as a whole.

    Toilets and faucet replacement.

    Fixed problematic faucet in the Kitchen and replaced all toilets in the house. Braccus was very informative and very patient with our questions. He did a good job of explaining what the issues were and how we should think about maintenance going forward. He continued to work late into Friday night (and came back on Saturday, his off day to complete the job). The only item where we were not 100% satisfied was with respect to the toilet bowl brands. When discussing what we should replace our toilets with, we looked at various options and settled on the Deluxe version which was the Toto Drake. Once the current toilets on the top floor were removed we found out that Toto Drakes were not available and we would be getting Cadet Pros instead (which are alternatives for the Totos). We understand that Braccus had little control over it, but we would have liked the opportunity to make the decision on whether to wait for the Toto Drakes or replace the toilets with Cadet Pros (instead of going with the flow because some of the toilets were already removed). Minor issue in an otherwise very positive and pleasant experience. We would absolutely go back to having Braccus / The Gentlemen Plumbers help us with our plumbing needs in the future.

    home inspection

    The service technician was polite and thorough. He checked what he could and provided thought on what needed attention dn what could be watched for later.

    Bathroom Rough in

    I needed a vent line moved and my water line installed for my basement reno. I made a request to have somebody come out and take a look at the job and they showed up ties. That being said they were ready to work when I asked if they could complete the work same day. The prices where a little higher than some other companies but I was willing to pay a little more for good service and prompt response.

    Toilet replacement

    Very thorough explained everything clearly . I like how the price is by the job not the hour so I am not worried about the time. Kind and thoughtful

    Hot water tank leak

    They came in and quickly got the leak under control. They then inspected the entire office and explained to us the pricing model and the work that needs to be done

    Water leak

    Sink had a leak and pipes had to be replaced. Also bought the solution to unclog the pipes

    Yearly plumbing inspection

    Brakkas was very informative and knowledgeable. He pointed out things that had been missed or overlooked by previous inspections
