    Basement rough in plumbing design and estimate. Plus home inspection.

    Adam was very considerate, explaining the technical as well as other design considerations. His patience and skill together provided a good dialog for determining our objective. His home inspection was thorough and informative....

    Hot Water Tank

    I did not use the company as they were unable to supply the product I wanted however the plumber who came to my home was extremely professional. If they were able to provide the product I wanted I would have definalty used Sam.

    Fixing overflow pipe

    Overflow in bathtub was incorrectly positioned resulting in water leakage. Technician removed a small piece in the wall to have access to fix pipe size and correctly position. Pipe was sealed. Supplied Biosmart for slow drain in upstairs bathroom sink. Full inspection was completed and several things suggested to fix. Sam was very personable and professional.

    Slow draining bathroom sink.

    Brian augered it out, cleaned up the mess and was very meticulous to ensure there were no leaks! Great job. Very happy with the work done today!

    Leaking pipe

    Thoroughly checked to ensure he identified where the source of the leak was. Was respectful, personable and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. Gave options for fixing, not just saying the entire works needs replacing.

    Sewer line

    The sewer line started to backflow the other day. Had you guys come out and take a look. Turns out the sewer line is cracked and needs to be replaced

    Emergency Repair and follow up work

    Adam was very professional and I was impressed with his amazingly positive attitude at 1.00 am in the morning when he was working on an emergency call out for us. At that time he also completed a home inspection which prompted us to proceed with some other work that needed doing. Again, they proved reliable, honest and conscientious in their work. I would recommend the Gentlemen Plumbers and will use them again.

    Leak investigation

    We really appreciated the time and attention our plumber, Sam, provided on a service call to investigate a possible leak. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the concern and then did an overall home inspection. He was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. The company was very responsive and flexible on booking the appointment; however, on the first appointment attempt no plumber came and we didn't receive any notification that the appointment was cancelled. In this case, we wouldn't have minded being 'bumped', but a courtesy call is needed.

    Annual Home inspection

    Needed to map sewer lines for bathroom addition in basement (no rough ins) and general inspection of plumbing in the rest of the house.
