    Plumbing

    Kitchen sink was clogged. Overall home inspection was done as well. Gentlemen Plumbers are extremely knowledgeable, proffessional, and helpful. The only thing I’m not too crazy about is the sales pitch side of their services... it’s a lot of info, can be overwhelming, and took a bit too much time for my liking.

    Water heater replacement

    The team was friendly, efficient, polite and willing to take the time to explain everything to us. This is our second expeience with this company and we will definitely use their services again. Caroline

    New hot water tank

    Horrendou. After finding a leak in my hot water tank early one morning, I googled Plumbers in my area and found The Gentlemen Plumbers number. I called and they made arrangements to come out the same day between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and they did show up at 1:00 PM. They gave a courtesy call 30 minutes prior, which was nice. The Serviceman was very professional and knowledgable. He ordered a new A professional company for sure. Arrived at the time they specified and gave a 30 minute pre-arrival call. Removed the old tank, picked up the new one and replaced it. After the Serviceman left I still didn't have hot water, but after calling he returned and got it going again. Haven't had any other problems. They provide a good service but are a bit higher priced than other companies because they're available 24/7.

    Bathroom shower fix

    Thorough. Explained it to me. Cleaned up after. Followed by overall Home plumbing report card. Very professional.

    Outside faucet repair

    Plex pipe cracked, water spraying outside... needed replacing. Tubing extended for easier access from building & to prevent water from entering inside the home & new faucet attached.

    Toilet leak

    Talked into a new toilet, when in hindsight the flange replacement was probably all I needed. But we couldn't know that. Work took all day; I appreciated Jeff's patience and diligence. The inspection was thorough, but Jeff left the hot water tank turned off, which I discovered later when I wanted to shower.

    Quote for replacing two toilets and a pedestal sink

    I was reluctant to write such a bad review. It took one and a half hours to get a written quote that should be possible over the phone. Quote was using a chart for the service. The person answering my call told me the travel call could be applied against the work done- which apparently is incorrect. The guy had to make four unnecessary trips out to his truck: to get his shoe covers, to look for his reading glasses which he didn’t find and I had to lend him mine, to get his invoice and lastly to get his visa machine although I had asked him before if he could take visa. The cost structure was also ridiculous. In order to redo my flooring in the bathrooms and mud room I need to have the plumbing fixtures removed and then replaced after the flooring is done. I can expect that there would be an extra service call for coming back but $700 cost to replace a toilet is a bit much.

    warranty kitchen sink

    Parts ordered but work not finished. O cost on initial invoice as no part available,. Part to be ordered Tuesday.

    humidifier repair

    humidifier broke down. options were $187 fix the leak or $1000 replace. really? i pay you guys every month.

    Plumbing under the sink

    Richard was awesome. Explained what needed to be done. Did a awesome job. Did the home inspection, explained what I needed to do and some things I could do myself. Highly recommend.
