    Dishwasher installation and toilet flapper repair

    Very satisfied. As well as being competent, the technicians were most affable. As well, they arrived in a timely manner.

    Furnace

    It was a nice experience. The visiting technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and professional in approach. I would like to refer them to my friends.

    Quick, knowledgeable, friendly. Quickly diagnosed problem, offered several solutions, really satisfied with the results. Great customer service!

    Kitchen faucet repair

    Needed help with replacement of faucet spray head. Technician did a good job and completed a home survey

    Kitchen tap replacement

    Pulled out old plumbing for new countertops and installed new plumbing. Brian was awesome he was very meticulous in making sure I was happy with his work and really went the extra mile in addressing my problems. A pleasure to have in my home. I wish all staff were as professional as he is. He should be proud.

    Sewage pipe

    Richard was very efficient and tidy with his work. He also saved us some extra fees by dealing directly with our home owner to get the work done on the same day.

    Replacing a broken plug in bathroom mechanism in bathroom

    This was a problem that first developed in early June. The plunger mechanism in my bathroom sink was stuck and I checked the mechanism underneath but could not fix it myself. I notified the landlord at that time. I called Gentlemen Plumbers when this was not dealt with. Gentlemen Plumber representative Steve arrived on time, followed contact instructions, completed the work in a professional and thorough manner and explained his work and recommendations for additional work which I declined as I am a tenant. The repair took a little longer than I anticipated however I was very happy with the result. While Steve recommended a drain cleaner as a preventative measure, he was not pushy when I said no.

    Clear clogged drain

    Guys went above and beyond clearing drain and checking whole house. They ended up scoped the main line out to the city connection and provided advise for the future, all at no extra charge

    Replaced plumbing fixtures, kitchen sink, toilet and garage furnace fan

    Took the time to complete the job properly. Arrived when they said they would (Office called when previous job ran over). Cleaned up very well afterwards. Friendly, courteous service. A little pricey compared to others but I thought it worth the extra.

    Problem toilets

    Had problems with 2 toilets in my house. Rlaced three toilets as a result. All were installed exactly as quoted. Gentlemen Plummers did an excellent job, exactly as quoted and left no mess. Also disposed of old fixtures. I will definitely be using this company in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
