    Held my hand through my first home inspection

    I am a first-time homebuyer moving from a condo to a duplex. I was overwhelmed! There was so much I was worried about but Terra was so helpful showing me things I needed to know and what I could expect. She labelled things with stickers that had names and reminders, she had helpful documents on what I could expect for maintenance costs and even some renovation cost. The Recall check for the existing appliances was worth it and even found an issue with my furnace that I was able to get fixed. She was so wonderful and her help was worth every penny. She even tolerated my helpful/over involved parents far better than I did! Thank you Terra!

    Best Home Inspection

    I am from Ontario and recently bought a home in Calgary area, Terra helped me to do Home inspection without my presence and sent me detailed report with pictures and suggestions. I will definitely recommend Terra as she is very best at doing well detailed inspection with detailed report.

    Definitely recommend for peace of mind

    I live out of provenience and Terra gave me the peace of mind that everything was checked her report was so detailed with photos and she walked me through it over the phone. She was extremely professional and reasonable I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection especially if you are not able to be there the day of the inspection.

    Best Home Inspection

    Terra was very thorough in her home inspection. She took the time to go through everything in the house from the top of the roof to the basement. She was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She let us know if we ever had any concerns in the future that we could contact her. She gave us a complete report on everything she saw and any recommendations she suggested. She even gave my 4 year old son an inspector badge and let him be a “helper” we feel very confident buying our new home now that we have gone through it all with her. This has been the best home inspector I’ve used and I would highly recommend Terra.

    Excellent, thorough, informative.

    Terra was fantastic. She came highly recommended by a friend whose opinion I value and did not disappoint. From the start when she handed us a folder full of useful info Terra communicated clearly and openly. I followed her through the house during the inspection as she explained what she saw. I was particularly happy with her openness to answering my questions as she went through each section of the inspection. The house we had inspected is quite old for Calgary and so a thorough report was very important to us. The one thing I didn't love was the format of the final report, it was readable but could be better laid out for clarity. I suspect this is largely a programming/software thing though, and it didn't affect our ability to use and understand it. Overall we are very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to refer or use Accurate Home Inspection in the future. Thanks very much Terra!

    Impressed!

    It was a pleasure working with Terra, she is knowledge and makes you feel comfortable asking questions. I learnt a lot and felt assured about my purchase and understood all actual and potential issues to consider.

    Exceptional, Thorough, Accessible

    Terra was professional, engaging, and extremely skilled. She invited questions and offered full, informed, and honest answers. She provided immediate and long term resources (so helpful beyond the immediacy of the inspection!), and shared the outcomes both verbally and in the written report. Terra came highly recommended, and I see why. I would absolutely recommend her to others (I never write reviews, but had to in this case. She's exceptional!)...

    Home Inspection

    Terra was very professional and she started the inspection at the scheduled time. She was informative and shared house maintenance tips including preparing a house maintenance file for my future use. She provided the house inspection report within a couple of hours with detailed findings, pictures of the property along with her recommendations.

    Home Inspection

    We needed a pre-purchase inspection and Terra performed a thorough, professional, top to bottom inspection of our future home and garage. She's very knowledgeable in all areas. Also, any questions we had were patiently answered. The report is very well done and incredibly detailed, with photos from on-site and lots of references for more information.
