    Thorough and Knowledgeable

    In this dynamic market we had to act fast when we finally found a home to suit our needs and budget. In those circumstances we were concerned that we might miss major issues that weren't readily visible during the short time we had to view it. Thankfully, Terra from Accurate Home Inspection conducted a thorough home inspection for us. She provided us with a comprehensive report that guided us through the remainder of our buying process.

    Thorough

    Great communication leading up to and after the inspection of an older home from the 70’s. Very thorough and keen eye for identifying deficiencies. Would recommend!

    Home inspection

    Professional she is a professional and thorough individual. Great to work with friendly replies quickly to all requests. Competent owner operator that takes ownership in her work. Has her checklist and doesn't skip a thing, and will answer any extra questions.

    Home Inspection

    The process was great right from the start. The appointment was scheduled easily and Terra was there on time. She provided a folder full of excellent information about home maintenance. Her inspection was thorough and she explained everything while inspecting each room. She is personable and easy to communicate and work with. I would highly recommend her services.

    Home inspection

    Our realtor recommended Accurate home inspection and I was pleased with her professionalism and knowledge. The final report was well done and very thorough. I would strongly recommend accurate home inspection.

    Inspection

    Excellent service! Extremely prepared and professional!! Accurate home inspection was very current with its technology, knowledge, and information. Terra was great at explaining every aspect of the inspection. Not knowing how everything works, she made it make sense. Her explanations, professional opinion, and recommendations was very direct and clear, so much that reading the final report was just as simple as a quick review of what she already explained.     Renovated home inspection

    Tara was very professional and thorough with the inspection. Tara was very keen on ensuring she provided insight and answers to our questions relating to the inspection. Tara was referred to us by our realtor whom we trust and always have good resources to offer. We would definitely refer Tara to others as well.

    Very Useful Inspection

    Terra was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the home inspection she did for me - my Realtor recommended her because he's had really good feedback from all his clients, and I can agree with his recommendation. She was very willing to answer any and all of my questions, both about potential issues, but also the process of home inspection itself. By the end of the inspection I was very confident that I had a good survey of both potential future issues, but also what had been well taken care of in the home, that the sellers had done a good job of maintaining. The final report produced was very detailed, and very useful.

    Excellent inspection for my son's new home

    Terra did a great job checking everything out on the property and giving us an excellent assessment on the house, its construction and features. So easy to work with and on top of the building technology and code details it put our concerns to rest.

    Home Inspection

    I am extremely happy with the home inspection I received from Terra. She was very thorough, and guided me through each step of the process and what she was looking for. As a first time home buyer, the information and tips she provided me with was invaluable. Terra identified present and potential future issues with the home, and with her training in the industry, was able to provide some insight on how to complete small fixes that homeowners themselves can handle. I would highly recommend Terra to anyone looking to purchase a home because of her professionalism, thoroughness, and knowledge when it comes to homes.
