    Great Home Inspector for First Time Home Buyers

    We've never attended a home inspection before and decided to choose Accurate Home Inspection after reading extremely positive reviews online. We were very happy with our decision to go with Terra! She was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable about older homes. And she provided us with some comfort when we had concerns about minor issues. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions and provided very thorough and detailed answers. We also appreciate that she was very quick to respond to our questions via phone, email and text. We will definitely use her in the future and highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy inspector!

    Home Inspection Mckenzie Lake

    Was a pleasure to work with Terra and she made us feel extremely comfortable through the whole Home Inspection. She was very thorough and made sure we understood everything that was taking place and answered any questions we had.

    Home Inspection Review - Accurate Home Inspection

    It was 23 years since I had to have a home inspection done so I ran to google to do some research into a company to do the home inspection for our latest purchase. After reading all of the positive feedback that Terra has received from previous customers, I chose this company to work with. Best decision ever! Very professional and knowledgeable about what to look for and address in a newly purchased property.     Best. Inspector. Ever

    To say I was blown away by Terra's service is an understatement. She's thorough, respectful, and an absolute professional. She went above and beyond to walk me through her report, and was patient and non-judgemental of my many questions.

    Hello everyone. Well I tell you if you're looking for a good home inspector. Stop right here, you found the best. Accurate home inspections sure knows what There doing. They are very professional, And Full knowledge. They performed a full inspection. They definitely will let you know about any problems in the house and outside Of the house.They always answered any of my questions.     Home inspection

    Terra was on time, she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She gave us lots of low- cost tips on home maintenance. She covered everything we wanted and sat up with us to go through the inspection.

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    I have now had two home inspections completed by Terra and she did an excellent job both times. She was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She took her time and was very patient with all our questions and gave us a great run down of the place reviewing every detail with a keen eye. Pointing out all kinds of things that I thought I should have noticed, but definitely didnt. She also provided a level of reassurance in some issues that might have seen a bit more problematic then they were and she was very realistic in her approach. If you want an excellent and detailed home inspection with someone truly passionate about the service then don't hesitate to book with Accurate Home Inspection.

    Home inspection

    Terra came out to inspect the home we had an offer on. She was extremely thorough, professional and friendly. She answered any questions we had to the best of her knowledge. She offered solutions to unique problems and has no problem with us calling her after the fact to clarify. Her report landed in our inbox the same day covering everything she saw that needed addressing and pictures of problems with solutions to those problems. Would definitely use her again and also recommend her to others.
