    Home Inspection

    Terra was an excellent home inspector! Very thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to us and clearly knew what she was talking about. I felt very comfortable putting my trust in her. Highly recommend!

    Thorough home inspection

    Terra was great to work with. She encouraged us to be with her throughout the inspection and was willing to answer our questions. She was very thorough and we never felt rushed. We were very satisfied with her service.

    Very thorough and easy to follow

    Terra was incredibly thorough and explained everything she was doing, the concerns and mediation plans as she went. The report arrived in less than 12h and was very complete, included photos, timeline and action recommendations that was easy to interpret. She provided us with lots of resources, including those to help with problems down the road. For those concerns that were outside of her scope, she was still knowledgeable about approximate costs and could recommend other professionals. Highly recommend!

    home inspection

    Hi I had a great experience with TERRA, she was highly professional ,understanding and her service was excellent .she addressed with even small things ,we can ask all our doubts and she will clarify everything in an understanding way .I highly recommended Accurate home inspections and TERRA. The report was very faster than expected with photos of each items. Thank you TERRA .

    Great first experience with a home inspector

    Terra was very thorough with her discussions with us and I learned a lot from the session. They offer some services that are different from other companies. I would recommend using them.

    Home Inspection on Purchase

    Terra was prompt, focused, and was articulate in the communication of her findings. She also accommodated the other individuals I had coming through the property to quote on work that requires attention. Terra's report was thorough and prompt in delivery. She availed herself for any questions I may have regarding the report.

    Standard pre-purchase home inspection

    Our realtor gave us several recommendations including Accurate Home Inspections and they were the first to get back to us and book an appointment at our convenience. They arrived a little early and had already nearly finished the roof inspection by the time we arrived. They checked around the entire house inside and out very carefully and answered all of our questions immediately. They also provided us with a full report and lots of valuable advice about the maintenance and upkeep of our new home. We felt comfortable and confident with our purchase and with the service we were provided.

    Commercial Bay Inspection

    Terra with Accurate Home Inspections is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to explain the HVAC and electrical systems of a commercial property in a manner that helped me to feel comfortable with these processes. This is my first industrial purchase. She was very professional and prompt and the report came back in a very timely manner as we were very crunched for time during the purchasing process. Thank you Terra.

    House inspection

    Terra was very professional. Explained to us the whole process before we started and encouraged us to ask as much question. She was very organized. She really took time to explain to us results of her inspection. As a first time home buyer our knowledge About the system of the house is very limited but she explained things to us in a way that we can understand it easily. A day after the inspection she followed up on us for any questions we might have after seeing the report. Highly recommended!
