    Home Inspection

    Roof inspection

    I had Terra perform an overall roof inspection on our home and we were very happy with the service and final report. Terra was easy to deal with, accommodated our schedule, turned up on time and was very thorough in explaining to me the issues found. My son especially enjoyed seeing the new drone hover around our house. I would gladly recommend for any future home inspections in the Calgary area.

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    Very professional and knowledgeable! Terra was punctual, insightful and open to any and all questions asked. This inspection allowed me to see things that I would not have discovered on my own. Also it makes us feel a lot more comfortable as first time home buyers. We will recommend Accurate Home Inspection to our friends when it's their turn to buy a house!

    Home inspection

    Highly recommend. Loved the clear easy to read and understand home inspection report I received. Very professional and thorough inspection. Each area of the home was on a separate itemized list with relevant pictures and action items in priority. Worked well with my realtor and was done within my contract conditions.

    House inspection

    Home inspection. Great overview and opportunity to see what isn’t included in the listing. Important to note the minor issues; but more significant are the inner workings of the dwelling. Absolutely would recommend Accurate Home Inspection to any perspective home buyer. Clear objectives, bottom line issues. Feeling very comfortable purchasing g this new home.

    New Home Purchase Inspection

    My girlfriend and I just purchased our first home and our Realtor suggested Terra at Accurate Home Inspections to conduct our home inspection after our offer was accepted. In all honesty, we could not have had a better experience! This was the first home buying experience I have had and I have had friends tell me the home inspection process can be boring and not overly helpful. This experience was anything but that. Terra was extremely personable, pleasant, and most importantly knowledgeable throughout the nearly 3 hour inspection. She gave us peace of mind and a lot of helpful tips and tricks to remember and she presented everything in a friendly way that made us feel at ease. There was no such thing as a stupid question which was helpful and overall we felt comfortable the entire time. The report she provided after the inspection was also very thorough and was sent to us the same day. Overall, we would recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone!

    Home Inspection

    Extremely impressed. Terra was recommended to me by someone with extensive building experience, and she exceeded my expectations. The inspection process was thorough, insightful, and a joy to attend. As a first-time homebuyer, I came away with a great understanding of the house and any issues / things to watch. Awesome to have an inspection from someone who's experienced, detail-oriented, and also a great communicator!

    Home Inspection

    My home inspection with Terra today was efficient, professional and very informative. It was a pleasure to review my new home with her. She tested everything possible and explained how areas I was not familiar with functioned. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable and could answer any question with ease and detail. She also offered support after the inspection and left me very confident and assured. The comprehensive Home Inspection report was well done and offered further resources for any homeowner. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will certainly use her again should I ever need to in the future!
