    Home Inspection

    Highly recommended. Communication was great from start to finish. Terra is very detailed and thorough, and explained what she was looking for as she moved through the home inspection. She welcomed any questions we had during the inspection and provided the completed report within a few hours following the inspection. Offering warranty on her work also provided peace of mind. Her skills as a red seal journeyman carpenter makes her an extremely accomplished and effective inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Exceptional work and a thoroughly completed report of my pre-purchase home inspection. Terra was very clear at the get go in what her role would be in inspecting the main components of the home. She was very knowledgeable, organized and detail oriented and explained the items that required attention. Accurate Home Inspection fully met my expectations and would definitely recommend her services.

    Quality Service and Very Knowledgeable

    I am very satisfied with the excellent inspection received from Accurate Home Inspection. Terra was able to answer all of our questions in detail. She took time to test and inspect all visible areas of the home. I would highly recommend Terra as an inspector for anyone looking for a quality inspection of their new home.

    Home Inspection

    Terra was so great to work with. She did a wonderful and comprehensive pre-purchase home inspection for me. I found her very technical and detail oriented. She patiently answered all my questions, and explained all potential future issues and all precautions and preventive measures I should take to minimize risks. She also confirmed with me several times I could ask her any questions I might find later. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who likes a thorough inspection of their home and likes to know more about how different home systems work.

    Home Review

    Terra did a thorough job on our inspection. She explained all issues that were found and gave us info on how these would affect us in the future. She also gave us a general timeline on how soon various things would need to be fixed. She provided us with a detailed report, excellent service and was very forward about any potential issues the property may have in the future and how to mitigate risk and remedy these possible issues. I would definitely seek out her services in the future.

    Confident Home Inspection

    We have used Accurate Home Inspection three times in the last few months and have been really impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable they are. Very detailed reports. Great friendly service. We will be using them again for future properties.

    Home inspection

    Absolutely great to work with. Thorough and thoughtful inspection. Very knowledgeable and we received great advice. Having done inspections before I have often felt like a nuisance when wanting to attend the inspection. So really nice being invited and included. I learned reasons for things and functions of things I've had in homes for years and never really understood the why. Would recommend to anyone.

    Thorough House Inspection

    Extremely thorough inspection and spent the time to educate me about my home and how to best take care of it throughout the years. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an inspection, very happy with the entire experience.
