    Timely and thorough home inspection

    Timely and thorough home inspection. Worth every penny and resulted in saving me money and time in the house purchase. Friendly service and COVID safe. Impressed with the drone inspection of the roof and eaves throughing. Would definitely recommend.

    Condo Inspection

    Terra shared her process in advance of inspection and communicated how I could be involved, and how verbal feedback would be shared. She was very thorough and diligent, and answered any questions or insights I had.

    Home inspection

    Arrived early and was extremely thorough. Most detailed inspection I’ve ever had for a house purchase, with a clear and professional report produced immediately. Highly recommend - my realtor only uses this company!

    Home inspection

    The home inspector was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. Very willing to answer any question we had regarding the inspection and the home maintenance. Pointed out many thing we needed to be aware of for now and in the future to keep the home in reliable working condition. Overall a very good job.

    NW Home Inspection

    When buying an older home, my realtor referred me to Accurate Home Inspection and I am very happy that they did. I called to book the appointment and the person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the entire booking process to me. On the day of the inspection, I received the completed report promptly. The report was incredibly thorough and informative, the inspector took the time to explain in detail their findings. Overall, an extremely positive and easy experience, the inspector was awesome to work with. I will refer to anyone I know needing a home inspection.

    Inspection for Mark McWilliam

    The property in question was an older property which in my mind presented more risk. My intent was too demolish the buildings. However, ,the appraiser gave the buildings considerably more value, but gave no v and thus the condition of the buildings was important. The inspection showed me the buildings were in better condition than I expected for the age, and as the appraiser showed this becomes important. Also I need to understand the condition and have some idea of where judicious expenditures and timing can be made for tax reasons. Secondly the inspector also co-ordinate the plumbing inspector which save me a lot of co-ordination. The plumber and building inspector organized their activities. The inspector made sure that taps were on in order to test and inspect the sewer. The Plumber who had an optical camera found some very serious flaws in the sewer which I needed to know to negotiate with the vendor.

    good job

    Terra did a very good job , had a very good knowledge of the building systems , as a building contractor myself I could tell she knew her way around the critical mechanical/electrical and life safety systems which are critical for you family's safety go with Terra

    Very Thorough

    The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain everything found in great detail. The inspector answered all of my questions and provided an extensive report and information package with the inspection. I would definitely use Accurate Home Inspection again and recommend their services to anyone I knew who needed a home inspection.

    Very Professional and Knowledgeable

    They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was really impressed with their findings in our home inspection. It was very thorough and the report was detailed. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection. The person we spoke with was extremely courteous, experienced, and friendly.

    Very thorough and awesome customer service
