    Pre-purchase Home Inspection

    Very impressed with the thorough home inspection we received. Our inspector was punctual, detailed, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All of our questions and concerns about the house were addressed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

    Home Inspection

    This is the 2nd time we have used Accurate Home Inspections to inspect potential revenus properties for us, and once again we were very satisfied. The inspector is very detailed and discusses all the aspects of the inspection as they are being conducted. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

    Pre-purchase Property Home Inspection

    DO NOT hire this company! 1. The inspector came and did a very basic inspection missing critical mold and structural/foundation issues. 2. I received just 6 photos of my property from an hour and a half basic 'inspection' 3. I was told from the inspector that she was too busy doing 3 inspections a day to come back to investigate the deficiencies. 4. This Company is NOT currently willing to honor their warranty - I will be taking further action!

    Hi There, it’s unfortunate that you left an anonymous review, that makes it impossible to reach out to you and help with your concerns. Our inspections are FAR from basic, we are very thorough and our inspections always take well over or at least 2.5 hours to complete, a little quicker if the home is vacant. If there were only 6 photos in the report it is because there weren’t many significant or maintenance issues found. We are always willing to come back to the home and talk about your concerns but sometimes it may take us of couple days to get there. This is a busy time of year. We do offer a warranty on mold and structural issues so if those issues weren’t covered for you we would appreciate more information so we can make sure our insurer is doing the best they can for our clients. We would certainly appreciate if you could give us more information/proof about the “critical mold and structural” issues. Hope to talk with you soon.

    Home Inspection

    Great experience. I was impressed with my inspector. very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend their services. The inspector was punctual and insightful, answered all my questions. They pulled out the drone and inspected the roof which was really intuitive and makes a great record of product and workmanship.

    Home Inspection

    The inspector was fantastic, arrived early and explained everything thoroughly. All questions and concerns were answered and they put my mind at ease for things I was unsure about. This is my second time working with Accurate Home Inspection, and I will continue to use their services in the future.

    Excellent service: Exceeded expectations

    Tera from Accurate Home Inspections was extremely friendly and informative in walking me through the inspection process and what to expect. Not only did she answer all of our questions she provided us with a package of additional useful information on her concierge service. Her inspection report was extremely thorough.

    Apartment Home Inspection

    The inspector was friendly and well prepared with all materials required. The inspector meticulously went through the property with me pointing out areas of inspection and advising me of tips for maintenance, etc. The inspector tested all the appliances and the report included photos of all the model/serial numbers for easy reference. The report was provided the same day and was very clear. I would highly recommend this company!

    Home purchase

    My wife and I bought a house in S.E. Calgary we found that Accurate home inspection could do the inspection and they came out ,the inspector did an awesome job and was very informative and did a very good job showing us things that needed attention or could wait ,Thank you Accurate home Inspections for making this less stressful

    STOP SHOPPING AROUND NOW! Choose Accurate Home Inspection!

    I contacted 5 different companies in Calgary prior to choosing Accurate Home Inspection and am I ever glad I went with them! The inspector was punctual and professional. They even arrived before I did to start the exterior! Not only this, but throughout the entire inspection they explained to me exactly what they were looking for and why it was so essential. The builder assured me that they were ready for the home inspection, however this inspector knew they were not and gave me everything I needed to professionally and thoughtfully push back the walkthrough to save costly repairs on quality later! The inspector is your biggest advocate during the walkthrough, I didn't think anyone could match my wife's eagle eyes when it came to spotting errors but this inspector got EVERYTHING. I can rest easy knowing I took their final report and put it into the closing conditions to be repaired prior to possession. I am extremely happy I went with Accurate Home Inspection and will definitely be using again in the future!

    Professional thorough home inspection

    The inspection was done in a methodical and thorough manner even though the sellers already had a pre-listing home inspection done by a different inspection company. The inspector answered any home ownership questions with detailed explanations. The report was received in a promptly and pointed out many items that we as new house owners would need to watch out for or keep atop of. They also found a leak beneath the second floor bathroom that had no visible indications that the sellers inspector did not find that saved us from a unpleasant surprise in the future.
