    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    Accurate Home Inspection went above and beyond! The inspector answered all questions we had, and was very thorough. There were a lot of learnings that the inspector passed on to us, and it makes us feel a lot more comfortable as first time home buyers! We definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection for all your home inspection needs!

    Professional, helpful, thorough

    Working with this company gave us peace of mind for the purchase of our condo. The technician explained every part of the inspection process and provided us with the report the same day.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    The inspector was very friendly, detailed and informative. Very responsive to all emails and answered all my questions. I am purchasing an older home and feel confident and informed in my decision thanks to the thorough report provided. I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection

    Comprehensive, professional, thorough

    Easily booked the inspector for our home purchase inspection. Easy to work with, very knowledgeable and experienced. Arrived early, had already done the roof. Great advice about home ownership and what to look for. Included best practices, a recall notice for all appliances and used a heat mapping device to look for air leaks, cold pockets, etc. Advised us what to do about unused HVAC components and how to get them inspected and up and running. Provided a folder to organize home documentation. Recommend!

    Second purchase Inspection with Accurate Home Inspection

    Accurate Home inspection is great to work with, inspector is knowledgeable, friendly and practical. I always recommend them to friends and have used them twice now when purchasing homes. Will definitely use again.

    Home inspection

    Inspector is very responsive, arriving ahead of time, fully equipped, went through every detail with us for about 3 hours, patiently answered all of our silly questions. We highly recommend this company to others. Thank you for the high standard service!

    Very Informative and thorough. Great Company

    Detailed, Thorough, and Informative

    Very impressed by the inspection performed on an older home in a Calgary inner city neighborhood. Accurate Home Inspection went through the property with great detail to identify current and potential issues with the home. The inspector answered my questions during inspection and then clearly explained the finds of the inspection prior to leaving the site. The final inspection report was very detailed and provided me with a good basis to negotiate a lower price with the seller and budget for the improvement costs required. to the home. I will utilize Accurate Home Inspection for future inspections.

    Pre Sale Inspection

    Accurate Home inspection was very professional and organized. On time and completely thorough using all the right tools. The Inspector was extremely knowledgable and followed all the covid policies required. I would highly recommend.
