    Home Inspection

    Fantastic communication and knowledge. The inspector was very knowledgeable a great communicator. Our inspection had a lot of items and the final report was laid out in simple to understand format Thanks a million! Definitely good value and will recommend to others! Cheers! Dave.

    House inspection

    The inspector had great knowledge and was thorough. The price was fair and service was great! I would definately recommend you use this inspector!

    Home Inspection

    Prompt, good communication, accurate, and very nice!! Would highly recommend this business They are probably one of the cheapest cost wise , as I did a lot of research.

    Home pre-purchase inspection.

    Enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, punctual (early actually). Everything was thoroughly checked and I had a small, but important, list of items that needed to be addressed by the seller. And I noticed none of them on my own. You couldn't ask for more. These folks will be my go to from now on.

    Home Inspection

    I have had several home inspections over the years and have received many home inspection reports. I can honestly say that this inspector is the most thorough and professional inspector I have ever had the pleasure to work with. In addition, the report provided is the best report I have ever received. I highly recommend this inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Home inspection

    I needed a quick home inspection for a home that i was planning to purchase. After reviewing the ratings and feedback I chose Accurate Home inspection and was extremely happy with the choice. They were polite and efficient (called back promptly etc) and organized an inspection at short notice. The inspection was thorough and afterwards they provided a clear verbal debrief and provided a detailed report. I also like the great warranty and aftercare service. Highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection.

    Professional and thorough

    I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They were professional and personable. They were very thorough and explained carefully what they were doing and why. The report was sent, including photos later on the day of the inspection. Great company!
