    New home Purchase

    This was our fuirst time using Accurate Home Inspection and will use them again! They were very proimpt to our request for an inspection, accomodating, very informative and good to work with.

    Home inspection

    The inspector did a very thorough job inspecting the home, and providing resources for repairs as well as cost estimates for repairs.

    Winter Inspection of 10-year old home

    My wife and I recently bought a home in Calgary in the midst of one of the coldest winters in recent history. The home looked great, but we needed an inspection prior to conveyance. Accurate Home Inspection popped up with a Google search. They were willing and available to prioritize the exterior inspection followed by a thorough interior inspection. The inspector is exceptional, clearly experienced, informative and very helpful during the two inspection events. The summary report provided us with appropriate photos, written details, recommendations and clear service and/or repair tasks. Would definitely use them again!

    Condo inspection

    We hired them to inspect our very first condo we're buying, and I'm surprised by the level of professionalism they've maintained throughout the process. The inspector arrived in time, was highly experienced & knowledgeable, and also had a really pleasing personality. Kept us updated throughout the process as we're first time buyers. Highly recommended; I'd certainly hire them again if needed.

    Townhouse Inspection

    Buying a house is SCARY! When starting a fresh new life all bright-eyed and bushy tailed; it's nice to know that your service providers have your back! Accurate Home Inspection was AMAZING. I can't stress it enough. They took me through the entire house, answering questions (even if they were stupid) and even gave advice on how to extend the longevity of my new purchase. Accurate Home Inspections provided an amazing folder at the beginning of the inspection which was a nice added value - PLUS, the report itself had detailed links and information that I have never experience during another inspection. You can tell they care. If you haven't booked already or on the fence, just call or email them! No hassle. Stress Free. You wont be disappointed. - R

    I've worked with this company for a couple different home inspections, and I recommend highly. The inspector was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions during the inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Inspector was very professional, thorough and demonstrated knowledge and experience. The inspector was inclusive and encourage participation in the inspection while clearly explaining the process and findings.     Home Inspection

    The inspector that I got to work with was extreamly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. All of my questions were answered and I have great peace of mind knowing the ins and outs of my new home, as well as things that I will need to maintain, repair or keep an eye on in the future. 100% would recommend!

    Above and Beyond Home Inspection

    The inspector was incredibly thorough and extremely knowledgeable. This was our first home purchase and the inspector went above and beyond giving us a lot of excellent advice. We would certainly hire this company again and recommend them to anyone.
