    Home Inspection

    I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections! As first-time home buyers, my fiance and I did not know what to expect when it came to the home inspection. The inspector did a fantastic job explaining the process, as well as completing a very thorough inspections of the property. Accurate Home Inspection also answered everyone of our questions, provided us with a folder of important documents to keep for our future, as well as delivered a full report on the same day. Thank you for making this big step in our lives seem a little more simple!

    Home inspection.

    The inspector was very meticulous and paid very close attention to detail. They involved us in the inspection the entire time and provided valuable education throughout. The inspector also provided us with a detailed report later the same day, including digital photographs of any area in question. We would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection!

    Excellent Service !

    Accurate Home Inspection recently did the inspection on our home purchase. The inspector was very professional, knowledgeable and had many tools and gadgets that made us feel like our new home was thoroughly inspected. The inspector gave us a very complete report and all communications were timely and clear! I would recommend them!

    Pre purchase home inspection

    Very thorough, identifying major and minor deficiencies in the older home, without exaggerating the problem. Throughout the process we talked about how the problems can be fixed with small or larger budgets. Overall a positive experience. Couldn't find the main water shut off, however advised that a plumber have a look just to be sure.

    Profesional and reliable

    The inspector was very professional, and respond all my questions. The inspector explained very clear the changes that needs to be done, and gave to me a folder for future house paper work and a brochure with some estimation in prices. I found this very helpful and thoughtful from the company. The report is easy to understand and professional. I recommend this company 100%

    Excellent home inspection from Accurate

    Accurate Home Inspection provided superior service: a thorough inspection, proactive advice on home maintenance and repair, and readiness to answer questions in a straightforward and understandable way. I was impressed at how they identified several problems that I would have missed in my own pre-sale review. Well worth the investment - thank you!!

    Very Thorough and Helpful

    Great Job and Informative. Great Service

    Our inspector did a great job with walking us through the house inspection and gave us a very positive experience and explanation of everything done. Will use our inspector in the future and highly recommended.

    Excellent Service
