Our inspector was extremely thorough and welcomed my presence and any inquiries regarding specific concerns. Undeterred by some of the challenges of this property (such as an extremely difficult attic hatch access), our inspector made sure we knew all of the deficiencies within the scope if the inspection, as well as the potential causes and remedies. The thermal imaging equipment and drone inspection of the roof are extremely useful tools that allowed me to become aware of things I could have never spotted otherwise I would not hesitate to use Accurate Home Inspection again, or to recommend them to anyone needing residential home inspection services.
