    Home purchase

    The inspector was well prepared, highly qualified, courteous, efficient. I recommend this company because the inspector found a few items that would have cost money to fix. This way, I avoided surprises down the road after possession.

    Condo Inspection

    The inspector was very professional, friendly and patient. The report is thorough and provides the inspection results in details. Also, the report provides many resources for applicance maintenance. That is very considerate. Great job! I

    Home Inspection

    I would highly recommend accurate home inspection. The home inspector was very detailed orientated and thorough and was happy to answer any questions we had as new home buyers. We were also thankful for the opportunity to ask them questions after the home inspection was done.

    Home Inspection

    The inspector did a great job. They were very through, detailed and more then willing to explain what they were doing, and concerns which came to light. I appreciated the review at the end of the inspection and all the details in the report. Ultimately I decided against buying the property, but I appreciate the experienced and through work in which I was able to make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend, and use, this service again.

    House Inspection

    The house inspector was very thorough, took their time, and made sure to answer all our questions. We appreciated even the small checks like ensuring the garage door had all the safety features in place. We have had home inspections before but with Accurate Home Inspection we feel at ease knowing everything was checked, explained, and they are available for a year in case we need to ask any questions. Best part, their pricing is great.

    Home Inspection

    Property inspection prior to purchase of townhouse
