    The Best

    I have been in the building industry as a Warranty Manager for more than 20 years, the quality of service was outstanding. The Inspector was upfront, honest and on time..even though our realtor dropped the ball and was a hour late whoops. I thought I have gone over this new home from top to bottom but the Inspector showed us some issues that I have previously missed. I would recommend this company 100 percent. My wife and I am very impressed, we thought the price would be higher for a 32 page report, but was well below what I had budgeted for. If we could give 11 stars we would, this is the diamond of all Calgary Inspection Companies. Thank you For Everything

    Very satisified with inspection

    We had a great experience with the inspector from Accurate Home Inspection. The inspector explained what was looked at throughtout the entire process and pointed out items that usually don't make it to the report, which was appreciated. The report itself is thorough with pictures attached, and also gives recommendations on how to maintain in the future. All in all very satisfied!

    Home inspection

    The Inspector did a great job. I was completely blown away with the Inspector's very efficient and organized inspection. The inspector covered with much details from roof and complete exterior to the detail of the interior from attic to every individual room. The Inspector patiently answered all of our questions about the house. The inspection report in great details. The Inspector was also punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. I would gladly recommend Accurate Home Inspection to everyone.

    Home Inspection

    Not all Home Inspectors are “created equal and the same goes for the Home inspection reports that they produce. I received an excellent quality report and a really excellent comprehensive explanation of my home. if you are looking for an excellent home inspector I would recommend this home inspector to all my family, friends and colleagues.

    Great service

    The inspector was very friendly and open to questions. The inspection was through and I was very pleased with the job done. The turnaround for the report is very fast.

    Home inspection

    The home inspector was very thorough, patient and great. They took five hours to go through the house and didn't rush. I highly recommend them.

    House inspection on house we're planning on buying

    The inspector we had has a background in finishing carpentry, and was very thorough and communicated with us throughout the inspection, taking the time to answer questions as they came up along the way. The inspector gave us a detailed rundown of all issues when the inspection was complete, and told us we could contact them if additional questions come up down the road. Very professional, friendly and thorough service - would highly recommend them!

    Home Inspection

    The Inspector was very thorough with the home inspection. The latest technology was used to make sure nothing was missed and when we had questions the week following the inspection, the inspector was ready and willing to give us answers and advice. Highly recommended!

    Home Inspection

    Having purchased a condo in the past, I didn't realize how much went into a full home inspection and WOW is this company thorough. The inspector was incredibly knowledgeable, well spoken and easy to talk to - we even got a few cost saving tips for some of the smaller ticket items! One extra bit that I really appreciated was the neatly organised folder of home information with a full assessment of your inspection, as well as a handy guide of approximate costs for renovation updates. I left feeling confident in our new purchase and much more ready to take on home ownership. Thank you!!! I will definitely be referring my friends here!

    Home Inspection

    The inspector did a tremendous job. Very clear explanations of what they were doing and a lot of detail in their report. They also provided a folder with info for things to consider when renovating in the future and overall home maintenance. I hired them based on their first-rate reviews online and I was not disappointed. Thanks for helping me make my first house purchase an informed decision.
