The inspector was very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the house. Learned lots and feel very confident in the inspection. Highly recommended!

As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect and the Home Inspector put me at ease right at the start of the inspection by explaining how the inspection would go and also to mention that there is no perfect inspection and was very knowledge and answered all of my questions. The Home Inspection report I received was very thorough and listed what would need to be fixed and the whether it was urgent or a maintenance issue. I like that I was given a maintenance folder complete with a list of estimates for various home repairs. I thought that was a nice service to provide.

The inspector was excellent. They were on time, explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were thorough, comprehensive and looked at a lot of smaller details. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this service. Well worth the cost.

As well as being friendly and easy to talk to, our inspector was VERY thorough and VERY knowledgeable! We had to reschedule from our original date and there was no issue in accommodating us! Our home inspection went very well. The inspector was on time and ready to work. We were given a file folder with useful collateral and have since found it very helpful in staying organized. The inspector went through the property from top to bottom with us. We were able to ask questions as we went through and were given answers that were honest. As first time home buyers, we found this extremely helpful and really appreciated it. The inspector offered their services for the next year on this property included in the rate we paid. It's wonderful to know we can reach out with any questions we may have. The report we received was detailed and included pictures for reference. It was easy to read and had lots of information in it. Accurate home inspections did a fabulous job on our home purchase inspection. They had all the tech toys to do the job like heat cam and moisture detectors and even had a drone to take a video of the roof! Very informative and thorough!
