    Home Inspection

    Everything I needed was provided upfront, and the detailed report exceeded my expectations! I will be recommending them to everyone and will definitely be using Accurate Home Inspections in the future. It was a pleasure to work with a company whose service and work is top notch!

    Pre-purchas Home Inspection

    The inspector did a very professional and detailed inspection on the house we were about to purchase. The house was brand new and was in very good condition overall but the inspector identify a few issues that we otherwise wouldn't notice on our own. I would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection for a quality inspection service.

    Condo inspection as part of a purchase

    Not only was the inspector prompt with all communications, the inspection was more than thorough. We spent time removing painted over access panels so that I knew what was behind them. The inspection was explained step by step and I had an oral report before we left and a written report that night.

    House Inspection

    We received a house inspection from Accurate homes and had great service. The inspector showed up on time as expected and was thorough in the review. The inspector took the time to explain everything that was looked at, what specifically they were looking for, and at the end, went through the entire detailed report with us, explaining anything that was included. Overall, great experience.

    Home Inspection

    Great job! Inspection was very thorough, and made me feel much more confident with our home purchase. Would absolutely recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    The home inspector that we had do our home inspection for our first house purchase was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The inspector gave us many tips of things to do to improve the house even if they were small and not included in the report. The inspector also took the time to answer all the questions we had even the ones we had about renovations we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection to my friends!

    Home buyer

    the Inspector is so professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. I am so satisfied to choose the Accurate Inspection company. answered all my questions (which I had so many)because it was my first time to do Inspection for my house.     Home Inspection

    The inspector truly spent the time to accurately evaluate the home and presented an unbiased report in a timely manner. I had full confidence in the Company's report, and it saved us a lot of headaches down the line. Although we ultimately ended up walking away from this house, we will hire Accurate to assess the next home on which we put an offer.

    Excellent Experience

    We hired Accurate Home Inspections to inspect a 20 year old home in Calgary, subsequent to making an offer to purchase. Although the basis of our intention was mainly precautionary considering there were no obvious concerns, we felt the professional and educational process was well worth the cost. The inspection was far more thorough than anticipated and it gave us added piece of mind, plus the valuable home maintenance tips were an added bonus. It was also a great opportunity to ask "why is this like that?" type questions. The explanations involving factors relating to Building Codes involving safety were also very interesting. Overall it was a very valuable experience......certainly would highly recommend to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    The inspector was very professional and detailed in the inspection. Was on time and did not rush. Took the time to answer all our questions and go over and review everything post inspection which was very helpful. Also being available for any questions days and months after was such a good feeling to have that the support available and that it doesnt just end at the end of the inspection date. They take pride in their work and it truely shows. I would recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.
