    Home Inspection

    This inspector was great. From the first contact via email, through the Calendar invitation and online form process all the way through the actual inspection - this was an easy and efficient process. The inspector was on site when we arrived at the prospective home and was already up on the high pitched roof doing a thorough inspection. All of our questions regarding the furnace, plumbing and electrical were answered patiently and completely. The report itself is invaluable as a reference to our new home's systems. We would definitely use this inspector again and would have no hesitation recommending the company to our family and friends.

    Home inspection prevented a risky purchase

    The inspector did an incredibly thorough inspecting a home that we were about to purchase and found some very questionable things that suggested that there were worse problems being covered up. Even after looking at the house beforehand, we had missed these signs. We went on to use the same inspector for the home that we ended up purchasing and it has been perfect, and we have already recommended the inspector to friends.

    Home inspection

    Used this service before buying our first home. The inspector caught multiple issues that myself or my family would not have noticed, which resulted in a lowered purchase price for us. Well worth the money.

    Don't recommend this inspection company

    I don't recommend this inspection company as they don't do good job and then walk away from taking ownership of things that has been missed during inspection. I hired them in April after seeing the reviews on home stars but had a bad experience with them. All the gimmicks they advertise are a sham (things like IR cameras, drones etc) as they couldn't find simple leak in spite of those tools.

    Chandra, our company stayed very involved with you in order to discover the cause of the leak. After the leak was discovered you hired SIS Exteriors (a reputable local company) to come investigate and make repairs, they found that there was an issue with the housewrap located BEHIND the siding. If this had been something that we had the ability to find during the inspection and we had missed it we would have taken ownership of our mistake, but this was not the case, home inspectors do not have the ability to see through walls. The tools that home inspectors use during an inspection are not magic. Unfortunately older homes are built using the materials and techniques of that era which are not as stringent over a garage as they are today.     Home inspection

    We had a great experience with Accurate home inspections. The inspector was very thorough and easy to work with. We were impressed by the inspector's prompt and detailed report. We would definitely use Accurate Home Inspection again!

    Home inspection

    Very through home inspection. I was especially impressed with the thermal imaging and the use of a drone to view the roof. The inspector left a very good impression and I would recommend this company.

    Home Inspection

    Thanks for your professional inspection! The inspector arrived early for the roof check in case the rain falls down. The whole process in the house is quite careful and well-organized with patient explanation. We could ask any questions that we concerned about. We will greatly recommend Accurate Home Inspection!

    Home inspection

    Wow, great inspection and service. The inspector was very knowledgeable and confident. The use of a drone and camera to check the roof was creative and allowed us to see quality of the roof. Thermal imaging device was great to see the trouble spots. Overall 10 out of 10 rating!

    Helpful home Inspection

    me and my husband are the first time house buyer and it was a nice decision to hire someone from Accurate. They are very professional and good in their work. Was completely satisfied with the service provided.

    An Amazing Home Inspection!

    Wow! Wow! WOW! We hired Accurate Home Inspections on short notice and were blown away by their flexibility, thoroughness / attention to detail, and all-around good natured approach. Our inspector was amazing and made us feel at ease throughout the entire inspection. We were also impressed by the post-inspection debrief and formal report (with high res photos) that we received the same day. Thanks Accurate Home Inspection!
