    Excellent Home Inspection!

    We got an inspection done on a older home and had an excellent experience! The inspector was very thorough, professional and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspections to anyone!

    Home Inspection

    This was my fiance and I's first experience with a home inspection and we were extremely satisfied! Our inspector was early and came prepared with everything. Any questions we had about the inspection were answered and every concern was brought to our attention. We will be sure to recommend this company to our friends and family. Our actual rating is 11 out of 10!

    Home Inspection

    I hired Accurate Home Inspection based upon the reviews from HomeStars, Our inspector was on time, professional and thorough. This is our first home and I had a number of questions that the inspector answered in detail! This was also the family home that I am very familiar with. The inspector's attention to detail was spot on. Many minor issues were brought to my attention that would have gone un-noticed. Great tips for touch ups and improved efficiency, through out the house. I recommend Accurate Home Inspections without hesitation. I just wish it wasn't a simple bungalow with an accessible roof, I would have liked the "Drone Treatment."

    Outstanding Home Inspection

    We hired Accurate Home Inspection to evaluate a property we were interested. The inspector was outstanding going through the property in detail including examining the roof with a drone to get a good view given the challenges of climbing to the top. We felt extremely comfortable with the inspector's explanations of the findings, and the report we received was detailed. The maintenance tips and recommendations were extremely helpful. We would have no hesitations in hiring Accurate Home Inspection for another inspection.

    Home Inspection

    The inspector was on time, extremely knowledgeable & personable, answered all our questions and recommended what to do about any issues. I've never had such a thorough inspection of a property. The inspector ensured I understood the report, current issues and what could become issues. I would recommend Accurate Home Inspection to everyone!

    Home Inspection

    Second time using Accurate Home Inspection. Inspector was timely, pleasant, thorough and well informed. Used a drone to inspect steep roof! Provided detail report of inspection. Would happily recommend them and use them again.

    Home Inspection

    I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections. I found the home inspector very professional, patient, personable and clear with their descriptions of the property issues and questions I had. This is my second home purchase and I found the inspector more thorough than my previous home inspection experience. The report I received is clear and very descriptive. The pictures really help to demonstrate the written narrative. Reading the report gave me no surprises because everything was clearly explained to me during the walk through inspection. I would use them again in the future if I decide to buy again. Thanks.

    Home Inspection

    We had our home inspection today and the inspector was very knowledgeable and patient, I had an absolutely fantastic experience. This is our first home and we had a number of questions that the inspector answered in detail! Without a doubt I will be recommending Accurate Home Inspections to all my friends. The use of technology (the inspector used a drone and a thermal imaging device) was also great. Once again, great experience overall.

    Home Inspection

    Our home inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. There were many safety concerns highlighted that I would not have noticed, and I learned a lot about the ongoing maintenance of the home. The inspector was friendly and patient and promptly answered all of our questions even after the inspection. Highly recommended!

    Home Inspection

    The inspector was very thorough and spent a couple of hours checking every detail of the home we were about to purchase. The inspector was knowledgeable about the age and code of the electric panel and was quick to point out the aluminum wiring, and other things that may add to the cost of the home. Also noticed plumbing issues and even the fact that the garage door didn't have a sensor when it was installed. There were many other things found, and we were able to negotiate the purchase price knowing what was needed to be spent to make the home safe and up to code. I was happy with the service provided and would definitely hire again!!!!!
