The inspector was gracious enough to accommodate our 6 year old while explaining things to us and answering our question. Our realtor was suggesting how this inspection was real for money in that he was actually seeing actual drones being used to view roofing which would be done with regular binoculars by most inspectors. The infrared moisture/dampness detector was another impressive device. The inspector was very knowledgable.

The home we were looking to purchase was a GeoThermal and many were unfamiliar with this, but our inspectors were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the specific home and it's unique characteristics. More importantly, I loved that they were extremely detailed, took the time to explain things to us as future home owners so we knew exactly what we were getting into and they were HONEST about their findings (regardless whether the news was good or bad, they made sure we were fully aware of everything) I would highly recommend this company to EVERYONE I come across that is looking for this service. 100% in my favor. The inspector was prompt and professional, provided a detailed report including pictures and answered all questions that we had about the place, along with being available for future questions should we have them. The inspector was thorough and went through all aspects including plumbing, electrical, thermal. The inspector also spotted several issues including the garage door not coming down properly, which can cause a safety concern, and explained how best to solution these issues. There were no major problems found with the house, but the great attention to detail on the smaller issues is why we are rating highly.
